So has anyone else been seeing these pics of the flag poles and wondering where to mount some HAM radio antennas? Then I see what looks like a little mag mount dual band on the back of the CG one sticking out horizontal.

I was hoping some of those special bronco torx bolts had radio antenna mounts in mind.

Watch this to get an idea, if you haven't already:
Yeah I did check that out, thanks. It really depends on the vehicle. I think the factory 33's on the Gladiator rubicon's look pretty small but they look good on the Wrangler. All relative to the vehicle I suppose.

Is there a black hardtop or are they all the dark grey?

Molded tops are gray and modular tops are painted black
I’m confused then... I thought the mod was gray and the molded one was black or body color. ? Is the modular top the one that has panels or the molded one? ? Or do they all have panels?

On a 4-door, three top panels can be removed on both the molded and the modular. The modular also has removable rear quarter windows.

On a 2-door, two top panels can be removed from the molded, and three top panels can be removed from the modular. The modular also has removable rear quarter windows.

Modular is black or body color. Molded is gray, always gray.

I am so sad... I want black or red 2D and from this, its clear to me the Gray Top will just not look good. I really hope the modular black painted hard top will be an option on the Black Diamond or Badlands 2D.
To my eye, at least based on the colorizer (so take that for what it's worth) Race Red doesn't look too bad with the gray top. Seems to work well, IMO. May be a completely different story once the real pics of the production colors start to come out though.

That’s the route I’m probably going too. The gray shouldn’t look bad with RaceRed.

I'm also holding out hope that it pairs up decent with Velocity Blue as well. CG, RR, and VB. That's my not-so-short color list right now.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong but to have true open air on a 2D the modular top is the only option. The MIC only the 2 front panels (over the driver and passenger) come off?

Changes:
1. Black or white top
2. Chrome wheels - black wheels were unique 10 years ago. Now, every Honda and Nissan has them.

I'd like to see them go back to Georgia for some more testing. I have no sand dunes or mountains within 10 hours, so it would be nice to see some more mud testing. Stuff I'm actually looking to do with mine without needing a week of vacation to do it.
Agree 100%. Would like to see some testing from woods trails with ruts etc
