After seeing your post about maybe being stuck in a back row I asked chat a little while ago to confirm it wasn't still sitting there despite the shipped email. They gave me the railcar info and got the rest from CSX via phone. Still don't understand where it has been all this time since the Shipped email.

I just got done with work and tried chat again. This time I got "awaiting shipment" at MAP. I have been getting "shipped" for at least 3 weeks, now moving backwards or the others were lying to me! Either way it doesn't matter, just sitting somewhere that is Not a train...

I need to figure out how to ignore this and just wait patiently.

That is really annoying. Don’t understand the point of sending a shipped email if it hasn’t gone anywhere!

Been waiting for my Base to be delivered to Cleveland OH. Still at MAP I suppose.

when I asked the dealer about VINView they said “We can see the vehicles that are on our lot after they come in.
No news yet.”

This is a ford bronco. You can tell it’s a bronco by the way it is.

Delivery finally updated to from 10/25 - 10/31 to 11/11 - 11/17. Still no email though.

I hate still seeing people waiting on theirs, it seems a roll of the dice how how they get shipped and delivered. I won’t hit y’all with the cliche of it being worth the wait but it this vehicle puts a smile on my face every time I drive it. I keep catching myself staring lol Keep y’all’s head up, it’ll get better!

Of those who have not been delivered, how many are known to be in transit and moving across the country or arrived at their final rail destination? I’m getting the feeling that most are either delivered/nearly delivered or have yet to leave MAP.

My dealer says that my bronco is in transit, but Ford still says it is awaiting shipment at MAP.

Previously my guy at the dealer said mine was on the way already, this Saturday he said his system is setup to notify him when it starts moving this direction.
I contacted him to see about him asking the regional rep for a ticket # with logistics to find out what is happening. 2 others on the other thread had luck with that, but my guy avoided that question altogether.

We just keep waiting......while people built last week have Rail Car numbers already!

We only added three deliveries last week, bringing us to 38/56 (68%) vehicles delivered according to the tracking sheet.

All of those taking delivery by convoy have been delivered. A little less than half of those being shipped by rail are still awaiting delivery. Here are the outstanding deliveries for those in the spreadsheet:

If I'm off-base on any of that, please let me know or update the spreadsheet (linked below) as appropriate. You can always use the "Notes" column on the far right to note anything you feel isn't captured by the other columns. I'm not sure what's causing the delay in rail shipping for some. We had folks being delivered by rail as early as October 4th. There's really no geographical pattern to those still awaiting delivery. We have people from all over the country waiting for their Bronco to arrive. There's also no pattern with the blend dates as there are people from both early and late in the week waiting. (If there was a blend date pattern, maybe we could believe something weird happened during the week.) So, like those awaiting delivery, I have no idea what is going on. I'm guessing it's just a result of the perpetual supply chain/transportation issues we've faced since the pandemic hit. There just aren't enough people available to drive convoy trucks or conduct trains.

As someone with degrees in meteorology/atmospheric sciences, I'm now starting to worry about how the weather may slow down delivery even more. Cold weather has dumped into the mountain west, bringing snow to the higher elevations. That will begin spreading east later on this week. The only decent chance for snow will be in the Dakotas, but could that slow down any westward moving trains? I don't know the U.S. Rail system that well. There's also another (nearly) tropical storm that will affect Florida and other parts of the southeast, but I'm not sure there will be enough wind/rain to cause significant issues for rail. Still, with cold beginning to spread across the country, the possibility for snowstorms will exist, which will only slow things down.

I'm sincerely hoping the folks still awaiting delivery hear something - anything - this week. Maybe we can even get a few more rigs delivered? Sadly, I don't think my hope for having everyone home by Thanksgiving is going to come to fruition.
