Talked to Chat again and yep same old message off the response page. Track still at MAP waiting on transportation. No new email that I was push back but my ETA ended on Monday.

We haven't gotten any emails updating us on the new ETA. We've had zero emails/communication from Ford since our built email was sent on October 2nd. I've just been checking the backdoor link and that's where I'm seeing the date ranges adjusted.

Have you tried emailing them? I did and got a response. Be sure to include your VIN, the name the order is under, address the order is under, and a good phone number. Here's who I emailed and got a reply the next day (which was a Saturday).

This was the response I got:
I just wanted to let you know that your vehicle is expected to arrive at your home dealer by 10/28/22. Barring any further transport delays. I will keep an eye on it until I see that it has been delivered.

Have you tried emailing them? I did and got a response. Be sure to include your VIN, the name the order is under, address the order is under, and a good phone number. Here's who I emailed and got a reply the next day (which was a Saturday).

I think it's great you got a response! It seems like the same information that can be found from chat, the backdoor link, your dealer, or the customer service line though. The offer to keep an eye on it is a nice gesture. I wouldn't assume that's going to get it moving any faster though.

I wish they would have given you more in depth information. I think most of us waiting (or at least myself!) would like an answer to WHY are we still waiting (lack of transportation? Fear of rail strike? Lack of employees? Lack of organization? Lack of brains?) along with the ETA.

Well, I finally clicked the last YES box in our build week spreadsheet. My baby picture showed up about an hour ago. For those of you still waiting, keep the faith because it really is worth it. I think my wait from initial reservation to delivery was the longest in our build week at 830 days. Good luck to everyone and keep the updates and pictures coming.

The estimated delivery dates on the backdoor link changed for me last night/this morning. It was 10/24-10/30 and now it's 11/2-11/8. It's still sitting in Michigan thoough. The lady from the Ford offices I spoke to on Tuesday said she checked on it this morning and was going to send out an email for an update. I haven't heard back yet.

I am honestly very confused at this point...

I see people from build week 10/17 (which was last week) already receiving their broncos and being shipped out yet some of us are just stuck for over a month now for no apparent reason. I have been pretty patient throughout the process, I reserved way back in July 2020 but my patience and excitement is fading..

I hear you. Since getting notified, in august, that I had a build date the waiting time been way harder compared to the 500 days before it.

Last week got an email saying my delivery estimate changed from 10/12-10/18 to 11/8-11/14. Happy to see this morning that the Bronco has been delivered to my dealer. Hoping to pick up tomorrow.
