Got this email today, was wondering if people received this email even though they have already confirmed a new 2023 order?

I got it, and my order was confirmed as a 2023 on 9/22. I'm assuming this is a generic communication they sent to everyone that got balanced out from a 22 to a 23, regardless of confirmation status.

subject: Your 2023 Bronco Badlands™ Order.

So today i got this email form ford

Why did i get this email when on the 9/27 I got these 2 email's

Yes, I got it, and I had already re-ordered and have a build date and VIN

Yeah that worried me a little when I got it as well. I have a production week scheduled, so hopefully all is good.

I got my updated order email but don't get any of the Ford emails except for Offrodeo.

Confirmed with Ford Bronco Customer Service. They spammed all reservation holders.

Ford has no clue what they are doing and if you reply they are not even monitoring the E-mail box. Par for the Course. Why would a customer expect your vehicle quality to be any better than the quality of the communication with said customers who are actually buying the vehicles FORD?

come on Ford get your act together. Your system knows we have already updated our orders... Hire a 12 year old to figure out how to remove the people who have updated from the email list. Stuff like this causes confusion and makes you look bad. At a minimum put something in the email that says "if you havent already done so...."

I got it and I have a 23 VIN lol. Really hoping Ford doesnt forget to ship my new bronco when its built.
