I got my shipped email on 10/3 and I get the same message. No rail car #. So no clue what’s going on.

Super frustrating! My estimated delivery is 10/10-10/16. So it will either just show up, or we will just keep waiting as long as it takes I guess.

Mine has been sitting at the CSX to UP transfer yard for almost a week waiting to get it loaded. Hopefully it gets on a car in the next day or two so I can get moving again. At this rate it is unlikely I'm going to make my delivery window of 10/8 - 10/18.

For whatever it's worth (which isn't much) my delivery window has been updated to go through 10/13. I got this from a source who can see the vehicle previewing and it was confirmed from Chat.

Delivery ETA changed from 10/4-10/10 to 10/11-10/17, I assume it just adds a week when ever it misses

just when you thing things are going ok, tracing your railcar, it disappears. I had 5 days of progress, now its telling me there is no status for the last 2 days, not that its stuck somewhere as would be fairly normal for a few days at a time, its that there is NO status, nothing.

I walked into the dealership on Friday that we're using (in Washington state) and talked with the sales manager. He said there is somewhere in Illinois, that if your rail car stops/unloads there, it just disappears from the system. Then he said it sits, and sits, and sits. He has another customers Bronco that's been there for 2 months. I can't remember the name of the place. Maybe it's been discussed in other threads on this forum?? All I could think was please Bronco God's, do not let mine ship through Illinois whenever it leaves. I did ask how quickly other orders came in. He just said there is literally no rhyme or reason to when they arrive, or how fast. I hope yours updates soon or maybe just arrives as a surprise with no updates!

Mine sat around in Blue Island, IL which is south of Chicago, for a week or so waiting to get on a BNSF train. The interesting thing was that when I finally got a rail car number to track, it was already showing in Portland, OR. So, I’m not sure if the tracking is really correct once it gets to Blue Island.

yeah, everything west goes to Blue Island, that is where it changes carriers and it usually takes a few days. I'm guessing mine has disappeared until its picked up on UP or BSA.

I got the call from the dealer that it had arrived. I checked the tracker at that point and it still showed awaiting shipment. I looked again a few hours later and it showed delieverd. From what I have seen from prior build weeks this is fairly common with vehicles shipped by convoy. As of now, i still haven't recieved a shipped or a built email but it does show delivered in the tracker.

The funny part - in the internal/dealer system it shows delivered with one time stamp and then shows In Transit with a later timestamp.

I think that if you are shipping by rail you are much more likely to get the shipment email and are able to get more detail. It seems like the convoy shipments are the ones that don't get as much information. I guess it makes sense... my dealer is just over an hour from the plant. Depending on how long it takes to get the update in the system it is likely that the vehicle is already being unloaded at the dealer.

I was able to track mine up until Friday night. It shipped via CSX to it's destination here in GA and arrived Friday night. The rail car is now empty somewhere in TN. My dealer has no info on it. The saddest part is it's about a 20 minute drive from where I'm at and I can't even lay eyes on it.
On a side note the dealer did tell me they had a truck arrive at the same location about 2 months ago that they're not able to locate now.
This part of the process is worse than the 2 years of waiting!
