I wrote a lengthy email to these customer service executives, and got al call back from an assistant in 2 business days. My Bronco was released for shipping within a day (or so) of the call back. Might be worth going higher up the food chain…

My Bronco has been stuck in the Phoenix Rail yard since September 17th. It shows as delivered to my dealer, but the dealer doesn't have it and the transport company says they can't load it because it hasn't been released by the Rail Yard.

Find someone to do their actual job and get my Bronco released.

My dealer has now received their 3rd stock unit in two weeks-all of which were blended and built weeks after mine and shipped from the same railyard. I may try your email approach tomorrow as this is getting a little crazy…I just want some communication other than the obligatory “we don’t know” and “another status update will be released Thursday” response I have gotten each of the last 4 weeks.

All is great on my end! Just picked up my Bronco from Laura Ford on 10/4. Have put around 120 miles on this far. Order track site still shows as in transit, and I last had a 9/29 delivery date. Laura ford honored my price protection of $825 which is technically accurate I think… and they honored their $2k off as well. Everything was straight up and in the clear, so it seems. Absolutely love this thing.

Day 35. Base Bronco 80 miles from dealer parked @ MAP, and exposed to the elements. No information, emails, updates, dealer input, zero, nothing.

Holy crap. Only took 37 days, but it finally shipped overnight. Now, this is a rail delivery to North Florida, so no telling how long before it gets here. I have heard about 2 weeks typically but with the way things have been who knows. At least it is finally moving after sitting at a MAP parking lot for over a month

Same, I got this email today. I contacted Ford chat just hoping for a shipment status and the same ol answer, still sitting at a junction point in Blue Island IL. Been there since 9/16, one day it will leave this purgatory place

I laugh that the estimated date starts today, there is no way in hell I will see it this week. I can only hope for a baby pic to keep my dreams alive

no email for me yet, but the trackers did update to shipped overnight. I went to ford chat and they had no new information besides it was shipped now with an eta of 9/29... heh.. so eta has not updated from 3 weeks ago... I would like to know how they plan to pull that one off.....

LOL, time travel man, didn't you know?! You probably won't get an email until 3 weeks after you figured out that yours shipped. I checked daily if mine has shipped after I knew it was built, tracker finally updated on 9/16 to show in transit, but I actually found out it was loaded and shipped on 9/11, and here we are today 10/7 and I barely got an email saying it shipped. I bet I get a pic of my bronco on the assembly line when I am driving my bronco.

I have a feeling that is exactly what is going on... It updated as shipped overnight, but I bet it actually shipped out sometime earlier this week. Who knows, heck, would be sweet if it showed up next week at the dealership on my birthday.. heh.. naw, that won't happen...

That woud be pretty sweet. I am also hoping by my birthday 11/6. Shit, just call customer support, give them your vin and ask for status, even though you know it shipped. Once they say if shows in transit, ask for the rail info, if your shipped by rail. Then you can get onto the trackers here and make some phone calls with you rail info and find out where it is and when you might actually see it. They can also give you a better date on when it actually shipped.
