I got the one for the big bend about a month ago and it was built in May. So just know it might be coming way late.

Can someone explain the significance or meaning of the “tear tag” again, please?

Strictly speaking...

The Tear Tag allows Ford the ability to identify any change made to a vehicle concerning its emission equipment, calibration or any deviation from the standard emissions configuration. It also allows any updates to be controlled and documented.

Source

It's basically a sign your vehicle is one step closer to being done. You'll notice the codes are similar for vehicles with the same engine/transmission.

Any idea what the highlighted item means in the tracker? Does that mean I am expected to be in production for 19 days? Or, is it an average of all Broncos "In Production"

I believe it’s when you were first scheduled for production.

9/27 Blend, just popped!
Fantastic! you were a few hundred ahead of me per the rotation number so I should pop on by the end of the day or first thing tomorrow.

It's simply the average time spent in that status by previous customers. I believe it is weighted toward more recent blends/builds, but it's just an average. As with any average, about half the data is below that number and the other half is above.
