I never said I wanted anything. I said the Bronco is slow. This is a fact. And adding 20HP to at 330HP engine isn’t going to make it not slow. It’s a waste of money imho.

I would not describe my Bronco as "slow". Not sure what's going on with yours? Or maybe our definitions aren't the same. I have the 2.3 engine. It'll throw me back into the seat if I floor it, and that's not even in sport mode. I do keep it in 4A.

Just looked at the website charts, and to me, 330hp for the 2.3L 4 cylinder would be amazing. It feels real peppy with 93 octane and 300 hp. 330 has to feel good for ~$1000 installed. iMO

Was interested, but 93 octane is unavailable in my state, all we can get is 91.

Same. Is this a worthwhile upgrade for those of us stuck with 91? Or is 93 required?

Why 3 year / 36k mile warranty when powertrain warranty is 60k

All ford accessories are covered for bumper to bumper not powertrain, restraints or emissions or whatever other warranty there is.

I don’t think the minimal gains, plus the premium gas increase every time you fill the tank is worth it.

330 hp/385 tq from the 2.3l tune isn't bad at all. That's a gain of 30 hp and 60 tq over the already premium fuel ratings. The biggest difference is going to come from the amount of space between the before/after dyno lines. It should let to a lot more usable power and torque. Unfortunately, the 2.7 didn't seem to benefit quite as much from the increased headroom.

Ford Performance just released their Performance Calibrations for the 2021+ Ford Bronco’s, including the 2.3L and 2.7L Models! These calibrations have some impressive gains and most importantly, are backed by a 3 Year / 36K Mile Warranty!

While raising the overall performance of the engine, they are also capable of :

• 433 lb.ft. TQ at 3,500 RPM (2.7L)
• 355 HP at 5,500 RPM (2.7L) (Waiting on 2.3L results from Ford Performance to update)
• Changing the tire size up to 35" .
• Changing the axle ratio up to 4.70.
• Optimizing transmission shift schedule .
• Improving throttle response throughout entire RPM range.

Each kit includes the M-12655-F ProCal 4 delivery tool and everything you would need to have it calibrated.

It is CARB Approved (E.O. #: D-431-4) for 2021MY vehicles, but 49-state approved with 2022MY vehicles.

As mentioned, the kit is eligible for a 3 year/36k mile warranty from new vehicle in-service when installed by a Ford dealer or ASE/Red Seal certified technician .

Of course, with this calibration, Premium fuel is required!

Is this anything like an SCT Livewire TS+ ? Are Stock Tunes saved for reinstalling? Can custom tunes be created depending on the upgrades / mods a vehicle might have? Or are preloaded canned tunes only available?

You honestly think Ford constantly monitors all of the cars they've sold over the years? The only time it would send something is when there is a failure and they wouldn't be able to point it directly to an aftermarket tune device. The dealer would have to see the device installed.

The dealer would not need to see the device installed. If you felt the need to take in for a driveability issue, it most likely has DTC- which has plenty of accompanying info for diagnosis- which can reveal non factory parameters at the time of failure. The ECM will know if there is an issue before you do. If there is an internal failure- say for instance a cracked piston due to an overboost- that may get reviewed by engineers and they know what an overboost failure looks like. That would be caused by one of these cheaper devices that are getting mentioned. As more non Ford approved devices come out, the more attention Ford will place on investigating failures. They don't need to track your vehicle, just the warranty claims. Car makers have learned from how Isuzu tracked Duramax engine failures- and denied warranty claims- going on 20+ years now.

I feel the factory settings provide a good balance of power, economy, and durability. To be safe, stay with an approved device until you reach that day that you will have to be paying for repairs when the warranty is expired. Or give Sport Mode a try for a while.

Those are considerable gains actually for a tune that is covered by Ford's warranty. Combined with the Transmission shift-point benefits you will feel it for sure. Although I do have a Pedal Commander and that was a steal for $299......it REALLY made a difference in throttle response and actually felt like you had more HP and TQ on tap. I would highly recommend that as an alternative

The kit for the ranger gives a 45hp and 60ft lb of torque boost. This just seems a little week.

Step one: Physically swap front and rear diffs for those with 4.70 gears
Step two: Use programmer to let the vehicle know that you have swapped the gearing so that it can recalibrate to the new gears.

Interesting that the 2.7 kit allows for tires up to 35 inches but the kit for the 2.3L allows for
" Ability to change tire size up to BFG 37x12.5R17 KO2 size (2,779 mm circumference) "
