Ford sends them out not the dealers choice who gets them. They always seem to send them to the worst customers that are mad that they have to pay for repairs, everything should have a lifetime warranty.

I put my hand through the handle and my thumb on the same hand against the door. I pull the handle but my thumb holds the door shut for the drop then pull the door open. Works fine for me. They need to design them so you touch the handle the window drops just like the smart unlock does.

We have replaced a few engines on low time in service at our dealership also. And several camshafts and lifters after the low time in service was out.

I Replaced a axle on my Bronco with 4000 miles on it because a boot was split and throwing grease out. Seal didn't leak before but did afterwards. I had to replace it now no leaks 18000 miles later. Just because it's low mileage doesn't mean it won't leak.
