⏳ Bronco Raptor now being scheduled for production & VIN assigned

My salesman texted me today and said my BRaptor status has changed to microchip hold now. I had a blend date of 08/03 and my online status had remained "in production" since it was built. I was told that it was being delivered this week. He had no information concerning any new delivery date.

Maybe Ford is waiting on chips for my onboard Margaritas machine I special ordered with my Ford Pass points! Option is only available in Texas.

That sucks my 8/3 brother. Mine flipped to built today, and I'm only high package, but it hasn't come up shipped yet.

Was just told that mine is on chip hold also. Blend date was 8/4, Vin in mid 700's

Ugh - Ford Performance says Built / On Hold at Plant too. ETA 9/18-24, which they are going to miss if they don't get it on the train by this time next week.

Right after my build date (08/03) dealer sent me a text saying their system showed an ETA of 08/24-08/30. When that passed I contacted the salesman and was told It would be the next week. Then I got dealer text with microchip hold on my Raptor and they didn't have any idea on an ETA.

My Ford owners page still list my Raptor as "In Production". I've not received a "Built Notice" email from Ford yet. My last offical Ford email was back on June 25th where It stated I had a scheduled to be built week of August 1, 2022 and had my VIN included.

My BRaptor shows up in my FordPass app and states "activation pending". I pressed the activation pending button and received a FordPass message "your activation request was denied." Message went on as follows:
Sorry, BRaptor's activation process was denied by the primary user and you do not have access to its FordPass features. If you believe this was an error, please re-initiate authorization process to gain access to the vehicle.

Is there official communication that all 2022 Warthog orders have price protection if our orders move to 2023?

There will definitely be a price increase unless you have a order and it gets kicked to 23, then you’ll get price protection.

Just chatted with Ford. Mine was supposed to be delivered 9/9-9/15 but now is on plant hold. Waiting to hear back from my dealer. My Fordpass still says it can't be activated til I take delivery.

I think price protection only applies to those who ordered before March 19, 2021. I am not sure what happens to those who converted their day 1 orders to a warthog.

BUT nothing about GTs conversion. I have an order based on an allocation and not a GT so I doubt I will have price protection in 2023

That’s what I find absolute BS! I don’t really care if it’s a ‘22 or a ‘23 as long as the color ( interior and exterior) are still available. But if they Jack the price 8 to 10K I might need to be out just due to the additional cost. I mean it’s a nice ride and everything but not worth 100K to me.
