Thinking of switching to a Black Diamond from a Badlands. I just can not get over the blue stitching in the seats... I could have sworn I saw someone dye the stitching or something. Anyone else done something about the horrid bright blue stitching with EG?

Ah that was it! Really has me tempted to drop down to a BD since AC Fab has an option for manual quick disconnects.

You can also "solve" the problem by switching to VB, then everything matches. ;)

Probably not the preferred solution, though, in an EG thread.

Got a ceramic coating and front window tint this week.

What percentage tint is that? I like that the front is not completely blacked out.

Well, its darker than that pic shows. Here's another angle. I don't know the exact % other than it is matched to the back windows.

What's everyone's thoughts on matte vs satin vs gloss bronze wheels? Seems most out there are matte, but I'd love to see what satin or gloss looks like on EG if anyone has done it.

Finally got off road! 8700 feet among the Eastern Sierra Aspens. Tried out all the 4 wheel modes and made use of the backup camera to bail out of some “situations“. Trail got tight; sides and MIC top earned some “vegetation stripes” but it all cleaned off with a wash and a bit of Lucas Slick Mist.

Fantastic! Steamboat, our 2-d EG Bronc, will be following in your footsteps next month--as least in the general area of the Eastern Sierra and Death Valley. Where was this last photo taken?
