I have the stainless version. It's the same as strapping a mirror to the door sill. I've been blinded by the sun reflecting off it getting in so many times....

But they look good :)
My β€œstickers” have been in since last winter with no issues. 15 bucks. Just wanted to throw that out there for the value conscious.

I installed myself. I have not had any issues so far or any malfunctions or warning messages. It is a very easy install.
I was looking at mine to install today but ran out of light. Watched a video for 2nd time today and looks like only addition to the install is splicing into the positive/negative wires from the Oracle to the existing lines to the going to the 3rd brake light. Is it really that easy? and - no malfunctions or warning lights on the dash? Tks - Seahund (got my 2dr Badlands yesterday). Had time to install the IAG steps onto the rockrails, CARTAC grab handles, and mounted the Rigid Ford Performance 4" ditch lights - ran wiring into engine bay just haven't connected harness to lights & Aux wiring. Tomorrow I'll go after the Oracle light and attempt to complete the ditch light wiring then install Rough Country hood struts.

Yes, it really is that easy. Just splice in and you’re done.

Electrical isn't my thing so it's great to have B6G to seek guidance. Thanks!!
I actually removed the factory 3rd brake light all together so I did not tap into the line. I cut the connector and put the Oracle on. As Chow would say, "Easy peasy!"

That is my plan. I don't want that thing I there. Did you splice the wires together or remove the connector from the 3rd brake light and reattach to the Oracle ring? Thanks!

I removed the connector to the OEM 3rd brake light. I cut it maybe 3 to 4 inches down so if I ever needed to add it back I could. Doubtfully but..........
