I reached out to Ford last to confirm my 8/31 build date is still in place, and they said it was. However, I have not seen any window sticker, or in production status change on the order tracker. Being Ive been moved 6 times before this, Im just expecting that means they are going to move me yet again being I havent seen a window sticker and Im less than 6 days out now. But you may be onto something with combining the two days. Just not sure why we havent seen anyone with an 8/31 build say they have got their window sticker yet. Guess we shall see.

Yep I had reached out on Tuesday and was told that my date was 8/30....but I still haven't seen a window sticker and I refresh it more often than I care to admit. So I'm assuming that I'm getting bumped....again (8/15 to 8/29 to who knows when)

ROTATION #

Number next to blend date is the rotation number. This is the main number production workers pay attention to. It is the master sequencing number. 4015 will blend after 4014. 496/881 is a scheduled target, but they may be a bit behind or ahead for the day/week. Rotation number will roll back to 0001 after 9999.

The rotation number is the sequence in which your Bronco goes down the line in relation to others. The number is limited to four digits so it will refresh every two or three weeks once it gets up between 8000 and 9000. Numerically the rotation number and the place in line will stay synchronized except when the rotation re-sets.

Here's an example from the 8/22 build week where the rotation reset on 8/23 blend day.

I wonder if the blend dates of 8/30 and 8/31 are combined on 8/30. We have double the number of Bronco's on a typical production day. During the 8/15 build week three days were combined.

I am expecting this evening (some time between 6:00 and 8:30 pm central time) that window stickers for blend date 9/1 will start showing up.

I keep trying to understand Ford's methodology which will probably lead to insanity. I was conjecturing earlier today that maybe the person responsible for Bronco scheduling and window stickers knew they were going to be OOO yesterday so they doubled up the window stickers for 8/30.

Mine just switched to "In Production" in Tracker as well as of 2 hours ago. No Windows Sticker yet, but that hopefully will update soon as well
