Front License Plate Ideas

Hey guys... We just recieved our 22 OBX. 2" zone lift and 295 70 18 going on this week.
Im dreading the front license plate install. Has anyone come up with a solution that they dont regret?

Which front bumper did you get, that will help narrow down the suggestions.

builtright industries - no drill, connects right to the existing bolt on the bumper. i chose the passenger side but there is another bolt on the driver side. bracket and plate allow you to move the location around (can move it left, right, higher, lower)

OP - it all depends on which bumper you have. You have options.

That is the one I ended up getting as well for my OBX with standard bumper. The dealer put it on for me so no issues.

$32 Plate Bracket, attaches to the hoop. Nice and sturdy.

I trimmed the factory plate holder to match the angle of the plastic skid plate.

I have a plastic front bumper, I went with Built Right.

However the license plate can easily bend - so I added a steel plate behind the license plate. It works well with the Built Right bracket, you just need to use four screws to hold it together (Built Right only ships with 2). Place the steel plate on the bracket and the license plate on top of the steel plate.
