You need to articulate the letters and numbers better. Or do the trick……enter the letters via the dial pad. After each letter hit the corresponding number for which position it is on the dial pad (i.e. 1, 2, 3, 4). For example, for T you hit 8 then 1. For X you hit 9 then 2. Then when it asks for the numbers it’s a no brainer…..just hit the numbers.
