8/29/2022 Build Week Group

I contacted chat too. Their wording is a little weird, but I believe my build date is September 2nd. They gave me the following information:

Thank you! I’ve checked your order status and I see that your vehicle is as follows: In Order Processing. The order has been entered into the Ford Ordering System. It will then be scheduled and placed in the first available production week/day. The scheduled week of production is September 2, 2022. The estimated time of complete production is September 24-30, 2022. With your VIN and sales code, you can start tracking your vehicle order at: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking​

Could be one of two things. That could be your day or they fat fingered the day and it was supposed to be week of 9/5.

I even got my playing cards last night. I'm super pumped about the Bronco again.

A special thanks to those of you who posted some dog commentary. It made my week. My Chocolate Lab "Bella" missed the Bronco ride by just a few months.

Same format response I got. Mine just had different dates. 8/31/22 build date. Estimated time of complete production the 11-17 for me.

I'm sorry for your loss. I bet she had a great life still without the Bronco!

This will be our first truck to take our 2 year old Aussie "Chuka" on adventures with. He is crazy, so need to train to not run under the tires. :/

Well like you guys I reached out to ford to see if I could get any info from the chat. They did confirm the build week of 8/29 but did not confirm the delivery date or actual build date. They did say I was to receive an update on September 4th, but didn't clarify. Any idea what that means


Also on a side note it seems like they dont want us reaching out to them anymore because the emphasized that I should be reaching out to my dealer only as they would have more information than them.

I think it really depends on the Ford chat person. Try again and maybe you’ll get a better response.

the next email we’ll get from Ford is the “your Bronco has been built”. That could come by Sept 4th.

Mine was very helpful today, but also mentioned that my dealer would have this information as well. I’m just going to keep chatting weekly with Ford until I’m built.

My take on todays tracking:

8/1 week seems to have been built and in process of shipping. One person in the group reported delivery.

8/5 week seems to have been built modules popping, folks noticing tear tags.

8/15 week. A few seemed to be getting bumped around on scheduled build days. Plus delays on Window Stickers populating. Ford chat seems to be confirming those without window stickers to be "in production".

8/22 week. Looks like these folks dates are holding strong.

This is just my take from following the build week groups.

Will we receive an email if we get bumped? I was a walk in order and my tracker doesn't say anything about my build week other than I have a VIN. My salesman showed me where mine is scheduled for 8/29 is the only reason I know the build week.

Not necessarily. In 2021 I had a Black Diamond order that got a VIN, I think it bounced around with four different build weeks before it was built. I received one update from Ford on a build week change.

Your dealer or Ford Chat would be the only two resources you have available (since you don't have a reservation) to check on build week updates.

Sometime during the week of 8/22 we will be getting Window Stickers. That will be the next available new information other than pestering your dealer or chat.
