When will the MY23 options and list be out.

I was talking with my dealer and they said when the books open 8/15. I would be entered into the database. So I asked when I actually had to input my build specs. He said it would be entered that day as well. So will the '23 options and colors if Ford makes any changes be shown that day? Will the Ford configuration build page be up to date?

Order guide and build and price are two different things. Knowing Ford I'd expect the MY2023 order guide to come out a few days before the order banks open. The build and price is just a marketing tool. It's rarely accurate and usual takes months to be updated to currently available options.

This has been discussed in other threads, and no one knows yet.

I would imagine the 2023 options will be on this forum soon. We don't seem to get very many early leaks anymore, but with the order banks opening up soon, One would hope Ford would provide information about a vehicle people are trying to order...(One would think)

I agree, I plan to order next month, would love a little insight prior to the 15th, I do not expect a lot of changes other than price increase, and maybe a color change.

In a sick way, I sort of hope so as well. Chances are I may end up with a end of the year 2022 and I'll be pissed if a beginning of the year 2023 as fixed a lot of the design flaws!

Looking at this realistically, would placing an MY23 order this August (if the order banks even open then) get you an MY23 given the number of original converted reservations, some dating as far back as 7/13/20, that are still waiting to be scheduled.? That's not to mention all of the 99d orders out there that could jump back into line depending on what juicy items (MOD? Heritage?) Ford delivers for MY23. Then, assuming they want to roll into MY23, add in the MY22 order holders that haven't been scheduled yet and with only a few scheduling cycles left, likely won't be at this point. Therefore, I wouldn't be surprised if a best case (just considering possible production capacity, if supply chain disruptions continue, then it will be even worse) is that an August order will get you a late MY23 (delivered in Oct/Nov 23) if not a push into MY24. Then add in the dealer allocation dynamics to make it even more unpredictable.

I suppose for some that is the most that can be hoped for, you need to get into line sometime if you want a Bronco that meets your specific expectations, and you are in no mood to compromise. Sure, there will always be that 4dr, BB, Softie, 2.3L out there waiting for someone on a dealer's lot, if that is what you really want and/or you want it fast.

This is where I’m at with an August 2021 order. Had a prior reservation that I converted and still no word on a build date for my BD 2 door. So, assuming all production challenges are held constant, I’d imagine an August 2022 order will be a QTR 4 delivery or early 2023.

I am hoping for Desert Sand as an option for all trims in MY23. That would be a nice consolation.

When did MY22 order books open and when did information come out for that? That’s probably the best information to forecast when MY23 will be released.

Considering there’s a Reddit thread of people who ordered in March of 2022 and are already scheduled or even built. Yes, absolutely for 4DRs.

My thinking on fixing "A LOT OF" design flaws is:

Ford is going into Nov with this year's production to get as much of the my22s orders done as possible, or so they say. Since the change over to my23 is happening so late in the year, is there enough time to make a lot of changes? And does it make sense with all the back orders and demand?

Next year will be an already short production year due to the late change over to my23 and so it may make some sense to make more changes then, kind of like when mid-model cycle update when changes are normally made. And, after production is catching up with orders.

Add supply problems and things could be deleted, i.e. numbers on temp control knobs. But to add a bunch, may be too much, replacing something that's hard to get, probably. Changes for safety or reliability, yes.

Order banks opened in October, build and price changed to My 22 in September

I have a reservation since 7/29/20 and plan to order in August, seems the 2 doors are being delayed the most. Dealer told me it would be at least a year to get my Bronco. They have orders from last fall that don’t have a build date yet.

I am also ordering a C8 this fall(semi-retirement gift) and that has at least an 18-24 month wait
