06/27/22 Build week group

holding at 6/30...I haven't been able to be provided an ETA for delivery yet like some here. I know SAC deliveries seem to be all convoy. My theory is if you're going by rail then you can possibly get a delivery eta now. I could be totally wrong though.

I am nervous and won't feel good until window sticker pops but I really don't think we'll be moved around outside this build week again. I REALLY want to take vacation the 2nd 2 weeks of July and I'm hoping like hell this thing gets to SAC then.

How are people getting ETA for delivery? My blend is 6/22, and chat couldn’t give me a ETA as of today.. thanks!

I think it varies from rep to rep...I guess some can look it up while others don't know how.

I don’t know how that bit works. Over th weekend they were giving me the ETA, as part of simply asking for my status. Today, I was on chat 3x and no one offered the ETA. When I asked what the ETA was, they said there wasn’t one. They said I’m in production though, so I’ll take it.

I am still showing the week of 6/27 and no window sticker yet. I can wait a few days and let the WS populate.

I just checked with chat and she said I wasn’t in production yet……..weird. But the BroncoApp says I am. And also wouldn’t give me a delivery window that I received earlier. I think some agents know how to dig more and are willing to help and others just give cut and pasted answers

Did chat again. Was 6/30, yesterday they said 6/27, today they say 6/30 again. Still have an ETA of 7/22.

Ford chat~phone is the only place in the world that I could contact 3 times a day and get 3 different response.
1st chat 9:00 am ~ production date of 6/28 no eta on delivery
2nd chat 10:00 am ~ YES, I got right back on! Production date of 7/1 it is “locked in with a rotation number and can not be amended” eta of 7/4-7/13
3rd phone call 6:50 pm ~ production date of 6/28 that could change once the schedule is updated. No idea when it will update. Eta on deliver is by 7/13.
The last one also told me that the window sticker doesn’t populate until it’s built ~ didn’t think that was true!
I guess I should just be thankful and I am that I’ve made it this far.

Yeah, I asked yesterday and on Sunday when would the window sticker be available and both reps told me that they usually see people receive their window stickers once their vehicle is built which is the total opposite of what I’ve read on here.

Just got off the phone with Ford and I was given a 6/28 build date (yesterday I had a 6/29 build date) and was given an ETA for the first time of 7/23-7/29 to Jacksonville, FL. Ford trackers and Order App both show only order confirmed so I hope they show in production soon and we start seeing window stickers start coming in.
