Tried two different adapters (knockoff with ms-can switch and OBDLink EX) and running latest Forscan, maybe I'll try downgrading Forscan. I noticed that recently, it's been more aggressive about giving adapter warnings if you aren't using an OBDLink. Could be either
A) They have a financial interest in you purchasing the OBDLink
B) Newer vehicles have a more complicated CANBUS and cheap adapters can't keep up

Helped someone retrofit lanekeeping to their Flex and he kept getting the same Interrupted message. Took a dozen emails and purchasing an OBDLink to figure out he never gave the IPMA power.
Yeah sometimes it’s very hit or miss on very specific vehicles for no absolute reason. I still need to circle back to getting lane centering working again I have a 2023 Ranger asbuilt I’ve been meaning to compare against since it looks similar to the one we have in the Bronco. This would flesh out the actual lane centering part that I can’t get to work, stop and go was flawless though which means I was very close.

Security is only going to get worse, they’re going to another security module either next year or the year after I forget.

You got Stop-and-Go working? I would love to have SnG and Lane Centering on the Bronco -- I personally welcome any driver assistance system Ford can offer, and it never made sense to me that the Bronco would lack SnG given it can already detect vehicles and hold the truck at a stop automatically.

Is there a thread on this? I tried searching but no luck
It was all experimental I didn't want to submit any changes because there was so many errors still and many modules to change and didn't want to risk anyone bricking something trying to follow me. If I do get around to trying to do it again and succeed I'll post the needed changes.

Alright, well @ me if you want an additional test mule. Like I said, I did the legwork to retrofit lane-keeping assistance and autohighbeams to my Flex (which never offered it from the factory) so I'm ok with doing a little experimenting.

I have searched this forum and could find nothing on how to add an oil pressure gauge, digital preferred and a digital coolant temp gauge to the Bronco display.
Is it possible?

Can anyone please explain the details on the DRL listing on the forscan spreadsheet?

not used
DRL only
DRL position??
Fixed position ONly??
Position ONly??
Stop turn??

That may not be the answer for what I’m looking for either. I am trying to get my parking lights and DRL to be on at the same time so the newlights in my RTR grille stay on more.

thank you.

I saw some mention of working on the "cameras at speed" a few pages back and I also stumbled on this thread where it was mentioned that they may have been unlocked on some of the cameras on the F-150.

So I was wondering if anyone has possibly tried it out on the Bronco yet?
I just saw this today too. It's on my list for a not 90 degree day to sit out in the car.

OK I may try it this afternoon as mine is in the garage were it is fairly cool...lol. I'm just very new to Forscan so I'm a little wary of possibly being the guinea pig.

I like to try to look at the plain english options under the related modules to see if there is a possible drop down option there. Makes me feel more comfortable and easier to undo, vs writing down what number/letters I replaced. But we know that doesn't always work out.

So I did play around with this some this afternoon. I tried the plain english options with the drop down menus first and there was an item that was something like "50/50 camera at speed". It was set to Disabled so I changed it to enabled and drove it around the block with no noticeable change at all. I can hit the camera button on the console when stopped and get the 50/50 view but as soon as I hit maybe 10 mph it goes off. I then tried hitting it at speed and get the warning "for your safety some features are disabled with the vehicle in motion.

So I then went into the as built modules to change the lines listed on the spreadsheet above
Ford Bronco FORScan Bronco Working Spreadsheet (double honk, sport mode, chimes, seatbelts, and more!) 1655773054806

I drove around the block and tested again and the only difference I saw was I did not get the error message when hitting the camera button at speed, but the cameras still did not come on.

Anyone that has changed their horizontal DRL to amber, does it still blink when turning or hazards?

I got mine to change but they quit blinking so I put them back.
