Met up with the admin of our Houston Bronco club to get my decal then figured as we were 30 miles away from the lake…why not go have lunch up there Our girl always has admirers whenever we take her out

This is my second Bronco... as many of you know the first OBX was smashed into a viaduct when it was being delivered on December 1, 2021 so I got back in line...

My OBX was DELIVERED fully intact this morning!! Dealer is preparing for delivery!

I ordered some accessories that the dealer will install but those accessories aren’t in yet so I might just buy the car and bring it home then take it back to get accessories installed later.

can’t believe it’s actually here…. Pardon my disbelief. I was here emotionally 6 months ago only to get crushed when I saw the wrecked ‘21 OBX in the dealer garage….

Hey fellow 3.14's, anyone want nearly new IAG hood-assist struts? I installed them this past Sunday but decided I don't want them anymore, removed them on Monday after work.

I got them on sale for $80 before tax & shipping to CA. I'll sell them for $70 shipped. I'd rather them go to someone in this group versus sit unused in my garage.

Just got off the phone with Ford and they moved my estimated time of arrival from August 1st to June 18th? I hope this is a good sign for all of us still waiting for delivery.

Woohoo!! Soon you'll be in that driver seat.

I just wanted to say thanks to @Beach_Bum , @Sluggo and especially @mpmcgaughey for the sticker!! I am a little bit of a sticker snob and I’ll say y’all did a great job on the design! Y’all have been such a positive presence on the forum and our thread. I really do appreciate it!

I woke up yesterday and checked the pizza tracker and it showed arrived at dealer. I couldn't believe it. I drove an hour a way to just look at it as my salesman had the day off. I was told it was in a different holding lot and I could drive by but I wasn't allowed in. Got there and the gate was open so I drive to the back of the lot and there it was!!!!!!!!!! It is finally here! I laid eyes on it. I didn't verify the vin or anything but it is here! My salesman emailed me back today and he said it is just a matter of time and hopes it passes all inspections etc. The fact that he said that makes me think that this dealership actually takes their time in looking them over. I just can't believe it is actually here. I told him I don't even care how long it takes as long as he is in possession of it. I really thought it would never happen. Not mad at Ford, just feeling desperate for so long. I'm so glad they produced this and stuck with it under such adverse conditions. My dealer has been great so far and I trust them to keep there word on my unbelievable deal (in writing). Silly to be so caught up in a material possession for so long for me personally but it is the first car I have been excited about in decades. First new car @ the ripe age of 52. Pics to follow soon! Thank you to all the 3/14ers for their encouraging words during the wait. Once you took delivery and I could feel your enthusiasm, I knew it was going to be worth it to stick it out. 18 months later and its about to happen. The human body can produce 2 babies as quick as Ford built my Bronco, lol. Like I said though, it has been a tough time logistically for many. Wahoo, hopefully can update soon!!!!!!
