So question to all those still waiting for a miracle on their bronco . Why haven't you dropped the order and forget about it ? Why are you staying ? For me , it's like a gamblers addict. I keep telling myself that the next roll is going to be my lucky one ... And it never is

My plan was to run the car I have for a few more years after I paid it off. I enjoy life without a car payment but when I saw the Bronco my plan changed. Well, I thought my plan changed. Turns out I ordered a Bronco and still get to run this car without a payment for who knows how long. I guess I’m saying I don’t need the Bronco, I just want it.

My current car is in good working order, so the Bronco is not a need.

I have a set amount I'm willing to finance. The other options I'm looking at right now are more expensive than my ordered Bronco, so it's a race. Either my Bronco arrives before I hit the down payment needed to stay within my finance range or I pull the trigger on one of a few other options.

Not sure if I am more upset that all the market Broncos are way overpriced or that we all just want our Broncos and there are so many people that are trying to get rid of them. Also, kind of regretting not getting the badlands trim.

I have an offer from CarMax for $54k and Auto Botique for $54,500. Looks like I am turning in my Bronco next tuesday.

I turned in a lease early 9 months ago as Ive been lucky enough to drive my dad’s million year old Mercury Sable wagon in the interim. He doesnt really drive anymore. My wife is only a year into her lease and that’s our primary car. Im enjoying no car payments but am actively looking at inventory for possible purchase.
Problem is, I really want my Black Diamond. Other than settling for the soft top to speed delivery (that’s worked out so well for me), the car is what I want. Im not quite ready to buy yet but most inventory close are Big Bends and some OBX with cloth or the 2.3L engine. There is one Id consider but it’s Area 51 and Im not sold on the color. Id consider upgrading Badlands but Im guessing the prices Ive seen close dont have ADM shown and will be more than I want to spend.

I wasn't honestly considering it until it came in and then I tried some mental gymnastics for days trying to justify why I can't part with the Bronco.

I can, and will. I love that thing but end of the day it's too much not to.

I paid $42,055 for it out the door, but that buries about $3,500 in sales tax that I paid on a 2022 CRV a few months earlier. So in all fairness transfer that to the Bronco's total transaction price and it was about $45,550.

EDIT: And I reserved the Model 3 LR back in January when my Bronco hit Ice Mountain. The same Model 3 LR now costs $5,500 more than what I will pay for it.

Ultimately I feel that I have capitalized on about $14k +/- in vehicle equity through the transactions and get into a Model 3 LR for about $2,800 (plus $1,100 for wall charger) out of pocket.

That's too good to pass up for me. Especially with the way gas prices appear to continue to be going.

Just wanted to pop in and say hi to my fellow family members. My wife and daughter are flying into California for the weekend so I am, needless to say, beyond excited for some much-needed family time!!! The countdown continues to the morning of August 12 when I step off the fire engine one last time and then begin my journey home to my family in South Carolina! Starting to formulate how I will drive back home and what route I might like to take. So many options.

I know most of our build week are still waiting for their Broncos and this is never lost on me as I enjoy mine. No, it is not worth the wait but, I can assure you that the angst of what we have gone through does fall away after getting your Bronco. I won't forgive or forget the complete debacle Ford made of this rollout but, I am going to continue to enjoy the engineering feat of a pretty damn nice vehicle they built. I just took advantage of some Memorial weekend sales and ordered an ARB twin compressor kit, a JCROffroad rear shelf, and some A-pillar lights. That will probably wrap up any additional accessories until I get home in August.

Take a moment this weekend to reflect on all we have and take for granted. Many fine individuals laid their lives down to afford us the opportunities we have in this great nation and we must not lose sight of what this weekend is about while we enjoy our hotdogs, hamburgers, and laughter of a holiday weekend.

Damn my dealer at ford of Kendall has a bronco party today because just today alone it received 12 broncos ... All built this month may I ask myself what I did wrong in my life to deserve this. I tell myself I'm a good lad who just wanted his bronco to take his aging dog on adventures and create memories but it seems the universe like always has it against me and doesn't want to see me happy. @Ford Motor Company I really really hate you. I hate that my bronco will probably wont get to my dealer 8 months after it was produced. I hate that Broncos built after me all arrived at their dealers. I hate the lack of communication . I hate that chip hold excuse even though y'all have chips . I hate the idea that my dog will pass before I even get my bronco. I hate that I really can't do shit and it's all in the hands of Ford. I hate that there is no management at MAP. I hate you with a passion @Ford Motor Company

I have been taking some time off of here since getting the '21 last week. I did get the built email on Monday morning. My Black Diamond was built two days after I picked it up with an EDD is 5/29-6/4., The dealership does have the invoice for the second time, so we'll see what happens…
