Polished Stock Sasquatch Wheels?

Apparently, I am in the minority/out of style in my wheel preferences. I would like Mickey Thompson Baja style polished aluminum as my first choice but I'm also cheap and don't want to spend for a new set of wheels when the truck comes with a perfectly good (though less aesthetically pleasing) set. Also not sure about a zero offset.
Does anyone know what is under the black center portion of the Sasquatch wheels if you blasted off the black paint?
Could it be polished?
Has anyone done this (or painted them silver to match the beauty rings?
Can you leave the beauty rings off? What's under those?

The wheels are aluminum. Yes, they can be polished. It won't be cheap to do. Polishing wheels is expensive. By the time you strip the factory finish and polish the wheel it will likely cost more than buying new wheels. It would likely be less expensive to have them stripped and PVD coated with a chrome like finish.

You can have them powdercoated to something resembling chrome. The choices are close to limitless. The bigger issue is that you have to remove and mount the tires again after the coating. I am also not a big fan of black wheels.

Thank you! I hadn't seen that, it looks great. The stock wheels look WAY better in silver.
