This happened at one point in my Bronco's train ride. It was back in action in a day or two. That automated "say your letter" thing always mixed things up and for me. Some were quite comical.

Maybe give it another day. I got my railcar # Thurs afternoon but I didn’t get any “update” until Saturday morning. And by Sunday, I even got an ETA of when it’d be arriving in Orlando (not dealership). Dealership is 30 mins from where it’s arriving. So don’t give up on it!

It’s heading west! Railcar TTGX982759 departed Grants NM this morning, no ETA or routing available.

When I called the CSX number it took several tries before the computer saavied the letters in my railcar code. Had to speak very clearly.
