Convoy Hold Check-in/Tracker - Spreadsheet added.

Good afternoon,

I spend a lot of time surfing all build weeks trying to get a grasp on the current state of the convoy hold and which build weeks are receiving convoy broncos. The more information we can compile the more informed we can be. I'd like to start a google sheet if there's enough interest?

Also, Ford isn't responsible for this (i think). I truly believe it's a Jack Cooper issue. A lot of people are blowing up Ford but not JC Transports. Maybe the #dirtmountainbronco campaign can target Jack Cooper too?

If you are waiting on a convoy bronco, please post the status, build week, and build date. I can start building a spreadsheet.

For me I'm coming from 3/21 built 3/23 and have been delayed 10 times and 5/19 is the newest date but i KNOW that's not going to happen.

I explained that Ive been delayed 11 times and my dealer has no further information than Ford does. All clues that Jack Cooper is responsible for the delay.

Original estimated 2/14 build week, actual 3/14 build week, 3/16 blend, 3/20 built complete. Waiting on convoy shipping to IL since then with no updates except relentlessly slipping EDD's. The current one is for this week, but I have no faith in it. And I no longer believe it's only waiting on shipping, something else is clearly wrong. When it is pushed out this time, I'm starting the process of looking elsewhere.

Also, I think the customer service agents are getting run down. The last time I called the guy just deflated and, in what felt like a moment of honesty, said "look, as long as you're in a delay status, the dates don't mean anything". That was a few days ago and my date slid again tonight

Granted, I’m thankful I’m not on a chip hold and sensitive to those who are but it seems that rail shipment is flowing while Convoy is at a snail pace.

Got the same 5 day bump tonight.

It's kinda obvious that if a convoy truck is not waiting when you come off the line you get parked off to the side and worked back in as a low priority at Ford's convenience. Dealers in my area actually have May builds on their lots delivered via convoy. These May Broncos drove right past my rig to get on a convoy truck and delivered via convoy to dealers in my town. My 'built' Bronco sits in limbo in some side lot waiting for attention.

One interesting thing I learned to day was that my dealer is expecting 6(I knew this) but they just got 1 in. I was kind of hopeful by this. Then found out that the 1 that was delivered was rail... I thought it geographical. Why would a dealer get either or?

I ask because I'm in Texas and my delivery is to NJ.

Well it is complicated. Technically I live in NJ but work in TX and been in TX most of the time over the past couple years. I reserved (week 1)/ordered my first in TX, but with that seeming to not get a build date , I ordered a second back in November at a dealer in NJ to get one with perhaps very different market and allocation.

So it is the NJ order that is built and I am waiting for delivery on. That car will likely stay in NJ but that could always change.
