I've not really combed through the threads, but anyone have thoughts on dirt/ice mountain being "cleaned up" next week (5/15-5/21) since it's not a build week?

I was told by ford chat to expect an update the week of 5/15 on my chip hold and the same by my dealer (drink). I'm not really hopeful at this point since the 21st is my original EDD but not much I can do at this point but keep waiting.

This will probably happen since I've decided to go ahead and buy a 21 Badlands…

Y'all will never believe it. My EDD was supposed to be tomorrow but it doesn't look like it's going to make it in time .

I did get a new EDD of "TBD" though, so that's reassuring.

I just went on the ordertrack tracker and it shows an “invoiced” date which I never noticed previously. It shows 5/8/22. Anyone have insight on what that means, if anything?

Mine still says January 12th. Not sure why yours says 5/8. Just like I'm not sure why the lady in Ford chat said I had been produced since 4/20 and that I should check with my dealer. I've come to the conclusion that nobody really knows anything until after it happens. Which can still not be true.

Yeah good point. You would think I'd know better by now. One day I'll learn, but I guess that day isn't today.

I just got off the phone with customer service I inquired about a logistics case to be started for my Bronco since the EDD has been pushed back multiple times. He gladly started the process for me and said it could take 7-10 business days for the logistics team to get back to him, but when they do he will give me a call back and tell me the update. Fingers crossed this actually does something.

Yes they mentioned it to me. I think it’s not just if you’ve been in production that Long like most of us. There seemed to be a certain criteria they could start this to trace it. If it’s just on hold there not going to trace it.

I havent bothered customer service yet but am now. Make me wait, Im going to keep Ford’s staff busy.

Like others, no information. No EDD. Poor girl is going to get a shit review but hopefully they read my narrative criticisms of FMC not the service rep

They gave me a $100 gift card when I called today. Ask for freebies when you call. It's the least they can do. And make sure you get the Price Protection and Price Reduction codes from Customer Service. Save those for your dealer to enter when it finally arrives.

My had a surprisingly low 32. I think my 2022 CRV had 34 miles on it. Not sure how they rack up 30 miles, or 70, or 100+ miles but oh well.

Levine and his interns joy ride them around, accounting for the miles.
