I haven't been around these parts since taking delivery a couple months ago, so not sure if I'm the first from this week to sell their Bronco. Problems started upon delivery with paint issues and then just got worse. Major electrical issues. Lights come on when they want, often when I'm not...
Just a heads up that if you have one of the bigger phones (I have an iPhone 13 Pro) you might not actually need this. I was just about to purchase one but went out to the Bronco and stuck my phone in the door handle and it didn't slide through, no matter what angle I tried. But I also love the...
It does. I can feel myself getting over it the more I drive it though. Trying to look at this way: I got the exact build I wanted for $3,000 under MSRP at a time when that's otherwise impossible (Black Diamond two doors got $975 price protection plus the two grand my dealer gave me).
But don't...
Well, after two weeks of delay after delay at the dealership with paint issues from Dirt/Ice Mountain, and after me purchasing the car to secure my interest rate, I was finally told yesterday they couldn't fix the paint. My choices are to wait more weeks for them to sort it out as a warranty...
Sales guy now just said it'll be another week before they can fix paint. I replied "well, good news is I'm used to every date I've been given for two years being missed, so what's another week."
Mine's been at the dealer a week now so they can fix the paint issues that happened at Dirt Mtn. There was a problem with the drivers window as well. The dealer never mentioned the windshield recall but my VIN was on the list. I took my wife by the dealer after hours to creep on our truck...
Got the call mine would arrive Weds eve and that I could pick up Thurs. Later that day sales guy called to say they found paint blemishes on the hood that they needed to fix and that it would take at least three extra days. Then called again to say they'd take at least a week. I went to go drive...
I think like everything else the tracking on the rail cars is a bit off. Mine supposedly sat in various cities in Ohio for three weeks with almost no movement, and then within two days got all the way to Texas. It's now past where I live (train is in San Antonio while I'm in Austin) so I'm...
I got the shipped email the day after the built email. Trackers all matched as well. Been tracking the train it's on and it took a week to get to Cincy, then supposedly another week to get to Gibson IN. That's one slow train. Has me wondering if they'll hit my 7/13-19 EDD. Shipped 6/16.
Sorry - should have been clearer - my Built email showed up this morning, not my actual Bronco. Showing built in all the trackers and they bumped my EDD a couple weeks from 7/31. Will believe when I see it tho.
