Dummy me left a bolt on my roof from removing the roof rack/rails and drove off.
The service manual shows the bolt, but I can't find any part numbers:

Ford Bronco Need help finding a bolt. 1652407664118

The install instructions for the rack only show the bolt as "H" as well... Ugh. Anyone know how to find a part number or at least details so I can get a new one?

If you can wait until this weekend, I'll try to remember to measure the thread / pitch / length (I just took the rack off our 2dr BB) and you can hit up a local hardware store or hit up boltdepot.com - that's what I plan on doing. I like having spare bolts ready to go for stuff that gets removed a lot. I'm going to order regular hex head bolts for the hard top and will probably do the same for the roof rack.

Well it's a M6-1xsomethingodd length. it's in between 25mm and 30mm
My local home depot had some metric cap screws that would work, but I don't think they'd be good for outdoors. Appear to be 'steel construction, plain finish'. Though they look blued from heat treatment? Not gonna risk the rust.

Found the factory bolts online at some dealers for $1.50, but the places that have them for that, the checkout wouldn't work.
great.

If I could get it for like fifty bucks, I’d order a special “I’m a Dumbass Protection Kit.” A few spare Bronco Bolts, the bolts for the rack, a couple of spare lug nuts, a spare 10 mm socket, and some other stuff I’m forgetting which is “why the kit?”. It could be offered in its own special bag that compliments the off road recovery and first aid kits.

That’s it! Thank you. But holy cow $6 for a bolt. That’s worse than my motorcycle was.
Will be checking the ace hardware route too.
Here is a stainless steel M6x1, 25mm long T-30 torx Pan Head screw at McMaster-Carr, package of 25 for $12.51. Multiple lengths available. Much better than the $6 per bolt although the Ford bolts are, I believe, powder coated. 18-8 Stainless Steel Pan Head Torx Screws, M6 x 1.00 mm Thread Size, 25 mm Long | McMaster-Carr
