Groundhog Day is the day I found out my Bronco was on chip hold when it was due to ship in February! Three months later to the day, I found out that my Bronco was on chip hold again in May! Does anyone remember how many times Bill Murray had to put up with this crap?

Yeah- it's shown "shipped" since Feb, but the dealer said it was on chips hold. Ford's system is pretty messed up.

Hey what does the ordertrack.app tell you ? Does it show you in transit or In Production ?

They should just build us our Broncos with ones coming off the line, then use ours as dealer stock, when they can get to them. Why in the ever living hell do they not just do this?!?!

A large volume dealer near me that I didnt order through is advertising 18 broncos coming soon. 18. Chip shortage my ass

This is a bit concerning. If they release the unit to the ramp I thought it was 100% good to go. Now they may b absconding chips for other units. If they are why can’t they grab them off or a March, April or May build. FIFO the units on the ramp @Ford Motor Company. Leave the 1/17 Week Build Family Units alone.

I’m going tomorrow to my dealership to see what their computer says. I was supposed to get it the 7th off this month. When I went to the dealership last week they said it changed to the 9th-14th. But it was still on the ramp. I want to see if it got changed to chip hold on their end to.

Funny I tweeted this to Ford earlier. It’s a Little dicey with the VINs and reschedule. What are the chances they would screw it up? But it is logical. We are no loner getting a new car.

according to the ford rep it was sitting on g6 ramp two weeks ago. So it may have been longer, I just didn’t call til a couple weeks ago. The truck driver I know that picks them up and brings them down here, checks on it every week with his dispatch and they just won’t release it. Now it’s been put on chip hold. Which to me means, they are taking parts off it for another bronco.

I hope that’s not true.
