Exact same thing happened to me, while waiting on chat got the email, then confirmed my day. This is really happening. I'm so excited.

Second ever letter from Ford. Clicking on the track now button highlights their broken IT system because currently tracking my order results on a page that asks me to re-enter the information as it has for most of the time I've been trying things. No window sticker is available yet.

Don't feel too bad I got one of those emails claiming an April 18th build date-I'm roughly a month late.

The trackers work when they want to....I can't access mine either.

I just got an email from Ford saying "Your Vehicle is Scheduled for Production". Week of 5/9 with a build date of 5/11. Fingers crossed this is it. Been waiting since 7/15/2020.
