Wait your bronco is still in production and your EDD is may 7...

Yeah, but when I call they tell me it’s not on any type of hold and just waiting to be shipped. I’m thinking I’m one of those people that are not gonna see any movement on the trackers and one day my Bronco is just going to come. That’s all I got right now, that and my Bronco’s picture on Ford Pass. If I get disappointed, I’m use to it at this point. Enjoying a little optimism for a day or two won’t hurt.

edit. I guess until it does hurt again anyway. (Prediction: A world of hurt come May 7th)

Mine did as well! Have you been shipped? Mine is still In Production with a micro chip delay. EDD is 4/22-28 although that will change bc I’m rail

Yes I am in production and my dealer is showing a EDD of 4-28 to 5-4. The Ford line said they see the same dates but they said it was not confirmed until it goes to built status. So I think those dates were the original 3 month placeholder. Noting is real until you get to Build status IMO.

I write this and hope the Ford gods look favorably upon me and part the clouds this week. But I'm at my ropes end with the Bronco. Early reservation holder, MY21 order converted to MY22, now stuck In Production for 91 days and counting. The hopefulness of exiting a pandemic with the top off and my few remaining hairs flowing in the wind has been replaced by dread. Will I trust this vehicle in the CO backcountry if it's been sitting motionless for 3 months? It's the little things that have piled up recently. My fence broke ($400), spinning roof vents are screeching ($300), and my sprinkler control box is flooding ($?). And they make me think I'll be pissing away more money on something that I'll have to maintain more often because it's been sitting. Do I walk away from a vehicle I ordered again in October and haven't heard one peep from the dealer since and allow them to re-sell for $10K+ over MSRP or f- them and do the same but at half because there's a market or go forward with what's becoming a joyless fantasy? No need to respond with your thoughts, I'm just replaying the ruminations I've been having recently.

Vehicles in normal times sit for months in the elements before someone buys them. So don't worry about that.

stopped by my dealership today. of course i’m one of the last 4 people on chip hold at my dealership. buuuut they told me i should definitely be getting my bronco by my estimated EDD of may 8-14! my dealer actually thinks it could be sooner! getting waaay too excited!

also, are any of you planning on getting the bronco script emblem? if so, where are you getting it & what color? i cannot decide if i want matte black or shiny black?! i’m OBX in area51 color!

I have the same EDD and haven’t heard anything from my dealer.
