I received my built email on 4/19 saying my ETA was between 4/28 - 5/4. Nothing since except a WS changed to 4/21 on 4/21. Called Ford on Friday, no change. Called dealer to see if they had any different updates and she told me she sees the same dates and confirmed I had been released for shipment and have no holds.

I just called Ford a few minutes ago and was told ETA to dealer was 4/28. I asked if the range was still 4/28 - 5/4 and she said no, it’s actually 4/22 - 4/28. She said the status is still awaiting shipment.

I was shocked to hear that and asked if she experienced delays in updates and if it’s possible that it has actually shipped but the status is slow to update. (I was thinking of folks who said they received their Bronco days before receiving a shipped email). She confirmed that she has seen those delays. So, I repeated and confirmed she said 4/22 - 4/28, she confirmed. So I asked her what percentage she gives it actually showing up, say 4/22 or 4/23? Lol. She said she feels confident it will arrive by the 28th. I asked her if she knew todays date, because if not then everything she just told me means absolutely nothing. I don’t think she had any clue what I was asking her.

I doubt I see it by the 28th. But I know for a fact I won’t receive it on 4/22 or 4/23. Lmao!

They told me 4/28 too, around 1:05 pm EDT...right before I book my flight

My date changed right around 7 pm EDT.

Hard to know what to trust right now!

No trackers have moved to built for me and my window sticker date hasn't changed so I'm guessing I'm still on hold from this morning. I called my dealership earlier and didn't get a call back so just called again. My salesman got promoted to the finance team so not really sure who I need to talk to so I'll just keep annoying them until I find someone who can give me answers

This is the exact conversation I had with Ford chat at lunchtime today. I told them I was about to book a flight to come to pick it up so "how sure are you?". Emily said, "it will be there on or before 4/28". My dinnertime refresh proved Emily was wrong.

I'd be more than happy if this ^ is an isolated issue that only impacts my build!

Just chatted with Ford. Was told on Friday last week that my ETA to my dealer was 4-30 even though it was not finished. They are saying this now….. “Thank you for your patience and congratulations on your 2022 Bronco order, James! I see that your Bronco is In Production, meaning that it is presently being manufactured at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant. There is a Secondary Status of Delay - Plant Hold and a current ETA of 13-MAY-2022.”

Salem. Ford gave me a 5/12 - 5/18 window but my dealer is saying I should expect in a week or two later than that. Hoping heʻs wrong haha

That means your stuck in purgatory with me I have a plant hold but no one knows what it is. Supposedly I'll have an update on 4/28 but I'm not holding my breath.

I am hopeful like most times they are wrong again with what they told me and mine will somehow catch a ride with your build later this week! That way we both get out of purgatory together…

It would make sense to ship them together. Fingers crossed we both get better updates tomorrow and the "hold" is that they are just waiting on a truck.

FYI - My EDD just changed to 4/30-5/6. Ford likely working out the details for the slew of 4/28 EDDs.

Changed two hours after I confirmed 4/28 with customer service then booked my flight to NJ for 4/28ish pickup.

Given the overload on the 4/28 date and the acknowledged convoy log jam, I'm not surprised. Just wish Ford could have told me this morning.

Mine changed to 4/25 - 5/1. Considering it’s 4/25 already…

Dealer texted me today saying she "wanted to keep me updated and mine was still showing "awaiting shipment" with an ETA of 4/28 so will hopefully get on a truck soon." Sais she will let me know as soon as she gets a shipping notification.

I got the plant hold message from chat today as well. That being said, last week my delivery said 5/12-5/16 but my dealer told me today it was showing 5/9-5/12.

No updates in trackers (Still showing awaiting shipment), CHAT is no help, dealer will not return my texts or calls. My backdoor link is not working. It's gonna be a long day...
