ford I hope you’re listening to us!!!! have a 100% washout interior for all trim levels would be awesome for us outdoor enthusiasts. i’m pretty sure every member here would enjoy having marine grade vinyl or leather seats and the washout mats at least as an option or standard for all trims. HEAR ME OUT!!!!:)

You would think they would make it an option. I mean it only takes a few key strokes on a computer. But...........

it would make a lot of sense to be able to add it to the base or big bend. especially with the 100% customization advertising w the base model

Oh yeah, and they could even make some profit if they did. But, it's all in their marketing strategy I guess.

Eh, maybe it's more complicated than think and it'd be hard to do a la carte. I'm getting the washout interior, but I'm fine with it being only on select trims. Seems like NBD to me as long as everyone can get it on a budget trim and an expensive trim. I do hope there's at least two choices of vinyl interior though.

I think we’re all gunna be spending at least 30k out the door and it would be kinda annoying to pay that much for a car with cloth seats lol

It's about sales so you gotta upgrade to get this and that. Savvy on their end. How bad do you want that garage opener from the lux package? ?

The concept is good, but I respectfully disagree. If you're after the "Butch Lux" models with painted everything and no intention of offroading, then you really don't want "why the F is my floor plastic?" on every.single.model.

They use different floor pans and parts which requires the wash-out interior to be model specific. If you want it, you can get it!

If you don't want it, you aren't forced to have it!

If you want Base trim with all the bells and whistles..... Then you really don't want "Base" now do you?"

i don’t think vinyl seats and wash out flooring is very lux. especially if we’re paying at least 30k ya know? making them an option is the least they could do. that’s about all id add to the base any besides the sasquatch pckge

And there it is, the point that didn't cross my mind. You need those dang little hole in the floor pans for it to work. I don't think Ford would want to do that many key strokes. :) Good call bud.

Just a thought on whether or not Ford will offer additional interior options on the Bronco (I hope they do....I do not want that blue interior in my new FE)...the interior options that are being offered on the Bronco Sport may be preventing them from offering more options on the Bronco. The fact that Bronco Sport deliveries are scheduled for end of this year likely means the supply chain and planning is locked in. If they were to change options for the Bronco and then not offer the same options on the Bronco Sport, they will likely face backlash from Sport owners/buyers.

The average new car is almost 40k these days

For 30k we should be happy the seat isn't a milk crate duct taped to the floor

30k isn't what it used to be, and leather on a 30k car is pretty far from what actual leather is
