They just gave me the city but not the exact location. When I looked up Gateway Yard, IL, looked like that was a hub for Union Pacific. If that’s the case, then it looks like the location in San Antonio could be the address below. When I contacted Ford chat they said the status was updated today. It doesn’t seem that their system is updated in real time, so I’ve started asking for the date of their most recent update. Did you check in with Ford today?

An unprompted call from your dealer? Tell me what that’s like? Haha. The only times I get updates from my dealer are when I call or text them and is the reason I have been tracking via Ford chat daily.

I seemed to get more updates from them than the Ford marketing (800) number, or my dealer.

Same to you!! My dealer has been pretty good, though I’ve mostly been the one emailing them to check in They never treat me like a stalker (to my face anyway)

My tracker jumped up to I over 400 since yesterday. I don't know if this is a good thing or if I should have good cry and get it over with!

Something is going on because mine went from 57 being tracked yesterday to 268 being tracked today.

Mine went from 90 to 458 today… it also has my order date as 1/10/2022 and that’s WAY off.

My Ford pass now has a pic of my bronco ... I guess that's progress. Still don't know where my bronco is . It's been "shipped" since last Thursday ... Ford tells me it's in transit but doesn't have a rail number ... My salesman tells me it's on its way but doesn't see anything about rail my Bronco might be in Cuba for all I know ... @Ford Motor Company

Mine just showed up as well… I was hoping that meant some sort of progress for me, but I’m still ‘in production’. They’re giving me an EDD of May 11-17, but I’m not optimistic. Each time I call the 800 number or use the chat, I’m still on chip hold.

I think that the guy changed the tracker somewhat. My order date is now crazy. The tracker is picking up the wrong date. I hope that when he gets it working again he will explain.

Mine took a big jump the other day from the 200’s to 400’s. The number jumped up so fast, I wondered if the order track app changed the way it was tracking the data. My number is 481 now.
