It's very rare I get anything of substance from chat. Asked tonight and ETA and couldn't give me an idea. Said they couldn't tell me until it's on the rail. I guess I'll just watch the trackers and leave the chat alone at this point.

when i tried it, they told me my rig was scheduled for production when in fact it was already built.

side note... I've been feverishly checking the tracker trying to get a rail car # but i guess that functionality isn't working. I guess I'll keep checking till it says delivered. Maybe that's when I get the rail car number.

I want to place the order for my lift kit, but if I do it might be the kiss of death. My truck might roll off the back of the semi and get destroyed and I have to wait until 23'.

Mine was scheduled to arrive to the dealer today. This morning at 8:30ET I called 800-334-4375 and started a chat simultaneously...as my tracker still shows in production. The chat person (Keith) let me know that "Yes as of this time it is going to be moving into the awaiting shipment phase as it has been produced." Just about 30 seconds prior to that, the Bronco customer service agent on the phone told me, "Your Bronco is still in production so it looks like its going to be delayed."

Just had a chat with Ford. No shipping email as of yet, but I did confirm that there are no part or chip holds on mine, and that it will be delivered to my dealer on 5/1. Now, if that holds, it'll be the last day of the delivery window in my built email...fingers crossed.

I do have a roof rack so I'm hoping it is something simple like waiting in line at the shop to get that installed and they had to notify the shipper it isn't ready to head out yet ... do you have anything extra like that maybe?

I have a roof rack. I felt like it was installed after I moved to produced. I assume I went to built after it was done.

It sucks to see a hold status, especially after what happen to the January folks. Several from the 4/4 week had this happen... moved from awaiting shipping to hold. You probably have to back to pages in the 120s to find it. Maybe reply to one of them to see what happened next. Hope it's just a procedural issue.

My status changed to shipped .. may 17-23rd seems like a long time for Oklahoma near the Kansas border lol

I have the same built date but no "shipped" as of yet. Seems like this is a long process too
