perhaps it’s better for you to track trains that have no answers than to see people who are getting some answers and supporting each other.. Best of luck.
There's nothing to track anymore. It literally disappeared after leaving the rail yard in MO. Dealers looking into it too, with not much luck, but that wasn't the point of this little rant.

People are complaining about how long it's taking for their Broncos, when they know where it's at. Hell, there's one individual who grew so impatient about his order, that after only 4 months he decided that he was just going to settle for whatever Bronco was on the lot and paid whatever they were asking for it.

Mine literally went poof in transit. I was following along with others in here that were coming to the same area with no luck so far. Having worked at the dealer previously I know what they are able to see so there's no point in me calling the dealer, Ford, and the rail company like others are doing when it's all the same information.

I get people grow impatient, and maybe I'm just being an a** because of this stuff and the tone doesn't translate well, but how often does a vehicle go missing from a train? Or a whole train car?

Hey man. We all feel your pain. Trust me. There’s over 350 pages just in this thread alone dedicated to everyone in this group celebrating the milestones (VIN assignment, scheduled, shipped, arrived) commiserating about the lows (got bumped, trackers aren’t working, stuck in production, stuck on a train, stuck at the rail yard) and everything in between. I think you’re newer to this group and I think we all consider ourselves kind of like a weird family. Shared suffering will do that. You are welcome to join in with us, but coming down on folks that are just as frustrated as you are with the process, but in a different part of the process isn’t going to fly. We’re here to help each other with info and stuff each of us has learned through this. Welcome to 3/14. Once a 314er, always a 314er.
See previous post, you posted while I was replying.... I remember creeping and posting when this had less than 150 pages, but yes I am fairly new.

No worries. Just read your reply. I think tone got lost in what you initially wrote. Hopefully you get some info soon or someone here knows how to help you get it. We get the frustration.

I really do understand. My point is not to focus on others who are communicating with other members about their order. Perhaps dont make others feel bad about what this forum is for... communication about their orders.. again.. good luck and I hope yours pops up soon.

A month since build completed date now, and almost 5 weeks since blend, and no shipping in sight. It sits buried at MAP with what now looks like an increasing backlog.
Yeah, I'm afraid we're on the mountain, Rick. Nobody will be able to tell us if we'll see our vehicles in 4 days, 4 weeks, or 4 months. Unfortunately I have an immediate need for wheels, so I have some decisions to make over the next few days.

I'm in the same situation. My Tacoma was totalled 6 mos ago, so I ordered the bronco for more space for my growing family. Fortunately I have a 94 f150 sitting around since college that I have put back on the road but I'm looking forward to new

Luckily nothing can have more wind noise than my f150

Vent moment:

So I keep seeing posts about people complaining about being stuck in production, or built and just sitting at the yard. How many people here have lost theirs? Mine was supposed be here the 10th, and I have had zero update emails about a new eta. I'm not sure how everyone else is getting these updates, and I don't have time nor care to try and track trains all day. I only found out by going to the dealership and speaking with the sales manager that mine shows it left MO back in March and that's it. Poof! Nada! Zilch! It is 100% MIA mid transport. I'm a patient man, but one thing that's been really bugging me lately is watching people complain because they know where theirs is at and are complaining that it's not at the dealer yet. Everybody knows there's a serious issue with the supply chain, whether it be chips, driver, any other material that got boned thanks to the super flu known as covid.

Your day will come, constantly calling (as in everyday) doesn't help. These people know what's going on for the most part so why waste their time calling when these people are aware of shortage concerns. I'm sure there are others that have been in the same boat as me, but I don't believe it warrants constant calls, texts, or emails.

Disclaimer: I'm not just talking about this thread, I'm talking about multiple posts throughout. So many complain about first world problems.
So it’s not okay to complain (first world problem) if you’re stuck in production for months or at a yard an hour away for weeks but okay to complain about a “lost” railcar you refuse to track?

That’s the entire reason I tracked my train (even though I originally said I wouldn’t) so that I didn’t have to deal with Ford Chat or pester my dealer AND keep fellow B6G’ers on the same railcar updated.

Now I just sit and wait for the Bronco that sits and waits in Richmond, CA. No complaints….yet 🤠

edit: shoot me your railcar number and I’ll do some research.

I just need somebody to give me a reasonable time frame. If it's a week or two, I can rent a car, and beg, borrow, and deal. If it will be a couple of months then I will have to buy a car and I can apply the sales tax on that purchase toward the Bronco. If this is going to stretch into late summer then I probably need to look at long-term solutions and put the Bronco purchase on hold for few years.

Nope… Not a word. Any update on yours?

I look at my dealer’s website every couple of days and it seems apparent they aren’t getting many, of any, cars delivered. They‘ve had 21 Broncos listed for a couple of weeks and mine has been number 11 for two weeks so the 10 listed ahead of mine haven’t been received and sold yet either so I’m guessing I’m at least two more weeks out and possible more. The Broncos listed first had been dropping off their website and new ones showing up but as of two weeks ago that all stopped with only new ones showing up but none of the older listings dropping off. I drove by the other day and their lot is getting pretty empty.

I’m going to start canceling my 6 weeks of camping reservations later today. Wife, dog and I were scheduled to leave in 6 days for a 6 week motorhome trip through NV, UT, NM, & AZ on Monday. We need the Bronco to tow behind the motorhome otherwise we‘ll only be going to RV parks and campgrounds with no good way to visit the sights we planned to see. We figured 5 weeks from shipped to our departure date was enough time but didn’t foresee getting stuck at the rail yard for 14 days and counting.

Anyway, I’m only speculating but it seems if you’re close to Richmond it’ll be way easier to get your rig to your dealer since your convoy doesn’t have to go over Donner Pass which has had chain controls most days the past few days and the snow is supposed to get worse on Thursday. Here’s what it looked like this AM.

Okay, long rant over…..

The great thing about the April snow is those of us in NV and CA really need it for our water supply!

Nothing on mine yet either. I look at my dealers site frequently and it is about the same story as yours. They havent received any new vehicle shipments since mine arrived at richmond. Im at a relatively small dealer so it makes sense.

That sucks youve got to cancel that trip. Such a bummer. Im in the same mind as you with five week deliver should have been more than enough but here we are.

Im south of richmond. Im in the central coast near san luis obispo so the route is easier than yours has to travel but it doesnt seem any truckers want to travel it yet.

Hopefully the end of this week we get our vehicles. My dealer seems confident that i will be on the next shipment they get and it should be this week but im not holding my breath.

On a positive note yesterday the amount of people stuck with same status as me on the tracker app peaked at 93 and it has been slowly trickling back down to 86 over the last 24 hours. So there may be some people escaping MAP.

Awaiting shipment went from 170-something yesterday all the way up to 210 now. Although I don't put too much stock in those numbers, as it would ebb and flow simply with people using the app.

I'm with you though. If it's going to sit at the plant all spring and summer, I want to know that, because in that case it might be time to focus my resources on something else.
