I used it the first time too and on speakerphone it was worthless. I used it up to my ear and it worked much better. Just an idea.

I swear I called 27 times with about 3 tries in each call. I've never had to enunciate my letters to this extent in my life and still get it wrong. Got me putting chapstick on to see if that helped too LOL

To track on Convoy. go to palsapp.com. Then what you want to do is "Right Click" anywhere on the page and find Inspect Element. Then when the new side window opens. Press "CTRL+F" and type VIN. whenever it pops up with VIN highlighted, look for hidden="hidden" and highlight all of that part just (hidden="hidden"). Then delete that. When you finish that, hit enter and the search box should appear.

Anyone figure out how to track a truck after the train has unloaded you? PALS seems to be for only convoy transport not trucks after rail.

I have finally figured out how to use the number keypad to track CSX.

I might be alone in this and some initials, I assume, are easier to enunciate but even to verify what the automated voice was saying was difficult. It couldn’t differentiate my C, B, D, or Es and my N and M were being heard interchangeably.
JUST USE THE NUMBER PAD.

- Press 1 for Location

- For C, press 2, 3. For N, press 6, 2
(Unlike the T9 typing i was trying to do)

- Say Done

I know it's a late order and most likely will be converted to an my23. If it matters it's a base 2 door 2.7 auto. Thanks!

You get a Vin# when they schedule you for production, usually several weeks to a month prior. Nothing to track until you get that vin#.
