Thanks from me as well @idobleedblue. It sounds like mine is somewhere in Illinois as well. I couldn't really tell where because the automated voice was difficult to understand, but I did hear Illinois. Hopefully it's just for a transfer to a westbound train and then a straight shot to KC.Mine at least made it to a railyard in Chicago and was offloaded there yesterday. It may sit there for a bit until it's ready for whatever train is heading out west. Not sure how many layovers/transitions it will have between there and here.
Now I very well could be incorrect (so don't quote me). I just know looking around I found this:Not sure what is going on, but I did get railcar info from CS and it is not what is on the window sticker. I can get info from the CSX trace number with the info from customer service. I have tried tracing the window sticker Number through CSX and Union Pacific with no luck. Do we have any rail experts that can assist?
All manuals, don't tell me this.
That makes total sense. What’s the UP number? Are there any letters before the number? Now I very well could be incorrect (so don't quote me). I just know looking around I found this:

See where it says shipping car no? I figured the Bronco would be no different than the mustang (but maybe it is). And when I call and enter that number from my window sticker it is giving me updates on the Union Pacific trace line. BUT... just because it is working with mine... I'd say it is definitely a YMMV situation.
I know! I hope it’s not a major issue.All manuals, don't tell me this.
There is always The Official My Dealer Is A Tool thread, but it sounds like things were getting a little hot for their railroad sources there and the two people taking requests have been pretty quiet all week. Not sure what is going on, but I did get railcar info from CS and it is not what is on the window sticker. What is this list? Those that are still "In production" with a delivery hold aka Mud Mtn?
Manual in production. No updatesWhat is this list? Those that are still "In production" with a delivery hold aka Mud Mtn?
After I posted that I caught up on your guys's thread, sounds like at least half of your mt's are getting built status. It'll happen.I know! I hope it’s not a major issue.
The Union Pacific trace ID does have letters before the number, but if you use the automated system you can just punch the numbers on the window sticker into your phone when it prompts you to do so. No letters necessary. If you get a hit on the number then it will read the ID back to you with the letters included, you can jot those down for later reference. That makes total sense. I didn't have any luck with your window sticker numbers either, but the tracker primer https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/here-are-the-bronco-build-tracking-links.22795/Jenny here, thanks a mil for this info as I just rang Union Pacific, did the TRACE thing-
1 800 877-5123 and it doesn’t appear that the rail car is in the system yet. FWIW the rail car number from my window sticker is 103809 incase anyone else has better luck or shares that car.
Mine is on a train! I think! Maybe!I know! I hope it’s not a major issue.
