For those blessed enough to have received their Bronco and kind enough to still be following this thread…

Before you got the call from your dealer that it arrived, was there any update on the tracker, palsapp, or an Email received?

I haven’t seen any movement, just waiting for shipment. Wondering if I’ll just get a call or see one of those items update first…

Palsapp, and the Ford tracker, both showed progress; and were updated in a timely fashion. Once Pals showed dispatched, the ford tracker showed shipped.

I was “dispatched” on Pals Thursday evening; tracker showed it as shipped Thursday later that evening; it arrived Friday mid-morning. I never received any Ford emails past “scheduled for production”.

this seems to be the one area we all loose visibility. I'm in the same boat. waiting on a truck to load it and deliver it to the dealer. this could be a few days or a few weeks..

Once I knew mine had been transferred from rail to the truck, I was able to use the pals app. See directions on page 62 of this thread. It explains how to edit the webpage so you can enter the vin.

Below care the directions once I did this I could enter my vin and get the status. See the other screen shot I attached

I've used the extra time to make sure my financing and insurance documents are ready. It's so I don't get any surprises once I'm in that infamous finance office, where they'll try to squeeze some extra profits out of me ....

I also have a quote for the extended warranty from Granger Ford. That should help end that part of the conversation real quick
