Parked it in my driveway at home for the first time. For those that have been following my posts outlining the trip that began 3/4 at around 1545 in Houston, TX at Doggett Ford and ended around 1600 today (3/8) in Berryville, VA when I pulled up to the house.
- Total trip distance - 1697 miles
- Roughly 75% interstate driving, mix of flat, medium, mountainous terrain
- High winds and heavy rains in TN yesterday
- 19.9 MPG
Final observations:
- vastly exceeded expectations in every way
- Badass
- worth the trip and the wait

Apparently I ordered it? It's been like 8 months since I've logged in here and I totally forgot I even had a reservation lol
Today I got an email from Ford out of the blue congratulating me on my order. I forgot I had a "placeholder" order so my dealer could 99 my order last year. I originally had RR but changed it to black when RR was dropped. Now I changed it to EG, which wasn't available when I originally made the reservation. I'll be honest; my interest in the Bronco was waning with all of the delays. I was this -><- close to ordering a Maverick hybrid in early Feb when my tax refund came in.
Time to get excited again!
