Anyone know how long it takes for a bronco to get transported from train yard to a dealership? It arrived on Saturday. Train number says it was given to customer and the train cart is empty. Nothing from ford website change in status past few days.
Messaged my dealer, was told they have to wait for 6-7 vehicles before they send a truck to pick it up from the yard. Anyone else experience this?

Mine has been in the rail yard 8.1 miles from my dealership for 3 weeks. I went to the rail yard this weekend and they would not let me see it.

My dealer showed me a F150 that has been at that same yard since October 18th. Said it was a customer order that the guy finally bought a different truck.

That truck was finally delivered this last Friday. FROM OCTOBER!

So close but still uncertain! Haha

Nope, it just says “Hold from Ford motor company”

Not sure if that’s left over from ice mountain or not though. It was there for over a week on a chip hold. My dealer thinks it’s just still showing that in the system and has nothing to do with whatever the problem is.

Does not make sense because they have picked up a dozen or more vehicles headed to my dealer since mine arrived at the yard.

super bizzarre! maybe call bronco cust svc and ask for a ticket to be created to investigate and for your case to be escalated?
