Tow Hooks, How to install shackle hooks?

The regular bumper comes with hooks but does not allow you to add a shackle link that can be brought online.
What options is there I want to change the color for accent colors.

Well it's not quite the only way, but probably the easiest and cleanest. I fabricated shackle tabs that bolt on to the end of the frame rails and stick through the plastic bumper. You have to take the plastic bumper caps off to use them though, so it won't look very cool if you want to leave the shackles on there permanently. BTW @Oscargrouch323 sells brackets similar to the ones I made.
