Ford said mine shipped a round 2/15/22. I found out today from the dealer it’s in Blue Island ,Illinois yesterday The 24th. I am a 1/28/22 build date

Mine went from chip hold, to parts hold, now nothing except in production no eta according to dealer and 800 number. Did yours specifically say airbag hold?

No reason for hold was in the Dealer or Cust Service system. I had a temporary inside track.

Was someone able to tell you it was actually parts hold not chip hold? I did read on here about air bag issue as well as chip issue, was curious if they would ever label any as air bag vs chip

Yes, at one point my dealer showed it changed from chip hold to parts hold. now it just says in production... EDD end of May same as most of us. It could make sense as an airbag hold but it could also be explained by they just through a generic stamp on all delays to wash over them all.

Another week comes to a close and all of us on the mountain are left guessing at what the real delay is. When it will actually end? Watching new builds get completed and shipped. Seeing interest rates increase. Having to reapply for the pre-approved loans cause they will expire. And no reaching out from the overlord Ford on any of this. No cheap SWAG. Not even a stay pumped email. Viable alternatives are hard to find even if you wanted to jump ship. For many this purchase is intended to be their main transportation so its a real life impact felt every day.
