As I sat back and thought about just how lucky I am to be stressing over a car I’m excited to own and wish would get here faster, I remembered that there are line workers that still need to get paid. We wonder why they start to build a car they might know won’t be finished immediately. Hopefully that is because Mike’s and Jill’s family need to eat too and Ford is looking after their own.Makes sense. My [total] guess is the sales people just don’t know what’s going on. Maybe their system still show Chip Hold, and maybe cars are sitting at the local yard way longer than they’d expect. Assumption, they must be sitting at the rail yard until they get finished. Reality, there are unrelated delays in local delivery.
