Quick glance at snow mountain tracker and the 1/10 sheet looks like there’s deliveries from that week

EDIT: anyone that submitted to the ice mountain tracker that’s had movement, I ask you update your info through their form. That chart seems to have a lot of builds from our week and almost all are still In Production which I don’t think is the case

Ok. I have no clue what im doing wrong. Can anyone who is good at this tell me where railcar # TTGX853217 is? lol. I can't get any updates but my dealer said they can see it was in Chicago two days ago.

Once I got to Chicago, it took me almost 4 days to get out of there. I only received one update during that 4-day span. So you may be in a similar situation. It'll update soon and will be headed out of Chicago. That's my guess anyway.

I never submitted mine because I live in denial.

Once I got to Chicago, it took me almost 4 days to get out of there. I only received one update during that 4-day span. So you may be in a similar situation. It'll update soon and will be headed out of Chicago. That's my guess anyway.

What's crazy is that automated system keeps saying there is not info for that railcar number. I assume that means the dealer has another of tracking where its at?

I don't think so. My guess is your dealer looks at your vehicle status report, which probably updates with the car's last known location. Just because it hasn't been updated lately doesn't mean it is not moving. Like I said with my car, it "sat" around Chicago for 4 days, and only 1 update happened 36 hours after it arrived. Then another 36 hours went by before it updated that it left Chicago on BNSF. I had a few stints where it said no car information was available. I would think you'll get an update within 24 hours.

I have heard everything from same day to 3 weeks. I am hoping that it is somewhere closer to the same day side of things for me
