Congratulations on the new Bronco! Thank you for the support. :)

Hey intern, I know you read all these threads. Please ask your bosses if they can give an official update for "Chip Hold" Broncos.

You popping in randomly to congratulate people while being forced to ignore actual info requests (I'm sure this policy is mandated on you) is extremely irritating.

1/31 week is getting lots of modules this week...they are building them line is running
Yes agree on them being built and their modules popping. What I am saying is that this same process happened for weeks 1/3 - 1/24. Everyone got built to a point, mods popped, window sticker showed, etc. But then we got parked outside. My point is, if there is a true chip shortage, then we will see the same pattern with 1/31 - that being they will be assembled with mods popped, and then parked outside until final chips/modules arrive. I truly believe that Ford will keep building Broncos to the extent they can and finish them once chips (technically modules as Ford does not install "chips") come in.

We need more information on how the Broncos sitting partially finished in the lots will be handled once more chips/modules arrive to finish them. Is it last out, first in? Is it selective based on build? Is it based on proximation of where the Broncos are parked in the lots? Please ask your management to provide some transparency to us. That communication will go a long way in keeping folks happy with Ford.

Didn't realize you were a fellow Illinoisian. Looks like our Broncos will be getting a little taste of the ice mountain thaw and then the heavy sleet like we are going to see today too. 3-6 inches of heavy wet snow and 1/10th inch of ice for Detroit/Wayne over the next few days. I don't have a garage yet so I guess its just giving my bronco a little reality check.
Yah and added to that is we're so close to Michigan, I just want to drive up there and get the damn thing, missing modules or not. I guess our Broncos will have truly "tested" before we get them ha.

You have no idea how many people would appreciate actual communication from you during this time.

Or maybe you do, and you're not allowed to engage?

I see some others have already replied, but I am not going to be so nice. We are demanding information on why our Broncos are being left out in the elements for 3 months to ship in May and why some are shipping sooner with no explanation. Some of us have waited for well over 500 days and are seeing people walk into dealerships and order Broncos and get them within months. This is an outrage and I am demanding answers!

They are getting built and shipped notices and tracking info as well.

As of today:

In TransitReceivedRamp 44, Woodhaven, MIFeb 15 2022Mar 04 2022Mar 10 2022

So the last two columns show my expected delivery date. My build date was 01/28/2022. Black Diamond, 2.3L automatic, soft top, modular front bumper, no tow package, no other extras.

There is hope! I'm finally excited again.

Your decisions without explanation are causing you to lose customer that have been loyal to Ford. Transparency is great but you can't pick and choose what to show or say. You're falling down on your commitments and not holding yourself accountable for your actions. Example Reservation timestamps. I get that there are supply chain issues but you shouldn't be sending out new reservations/orders for completed vehicles when others are sitting there and could be sent if they were prioritized by reservations date like you said they would. Totally unaccountable to what you said you would do.

Honestly if @Ford Motor Company replies with a real answer as to what is going, I will assume the world is nearing its end.

Bonus of that is 1) No more worrying about what is going on with my Bronco & 2) No more work. :lo:LOL:

After being on hold with Ford for 52:30 I get an automated recording "You reached an unassigned number with Ford Credit" then the line goes dead.

Has Ford, at any time, shown anything remotely resembling empathy or a desire to begin to engage with customers?

They're so out of touch it is mind boggling.

Literally all they have to do is come out and deliver updates openly and with actual details. Even if the news is bad, it would be greatly appreciated and at least everyone would know where things stand.

I could literally leave my job and be their social media and PR director starting today and would instantly be better.
