Hi John, any status update from your Ford rep? The rep should be fully aware by now of the 300+ order holders that are only a couple of months away from getting our associates degrees in "Waiting in line". I think it's unacceptable how Ford has treated SAC in regards to allocations. SAC is a shining example of how a dealership should conduct itself with customers and your team should be rewarded for its nearly unprecedented efforts.

I haven't yet updated my spreadsheet to reflect the change because Ford did not automatically 99 those orders (at least for us). So, I sent out an email to those that weren't already 99'd (6 of them), 2 declined the Raptor, leaving 4 that want the Raptor and were 10's. I sent a request to Ford to 99 those 4, haven't yet had time to check nor heard back from Ford that the 99 was set.

John-

Any sense of those 2 extra Raptor allocations for those that declined and if they will be extended to other reservation holders on your list? (Do you get to keep those allocations?)

Thanks!

I wonder if they go down the list of hand raisers by earliest timestamp? It seems Ford controls who gets those golden tickets so I'm curious as to how it works as well.

We have no idea. That will probably be cleared up when the final Raptor allocation is granted.

A million dollar question and one that I will probably never be able to answer.

I have heard three different things from Ford on three different occasions:

1st Occasion: "....if Ford has the supplies, they're building everything." or something close to that.

2nd Occasion: "....you're getting hosed." Paraphrased of course.

3rd Occasion: ".....if the supplies are available, we're building ALL reservations in 2022." again, paraphrased.

Thanks for sharing. Obviously those that are self imposed 99 for various reasons they won't build and carry over to MY23, but this is promising to read.

My wife and I went down on Valentine’s Day and picked up the Bronco! Thank you John, Tanis and everyone at SAC! You all were terrific and made this easy as pie. 😁
looks awesome! I'm really a fan of the new bumper and the color looks great. Did you put the fender script on at the dealership or something?

Good god I hope that's not going to change for the worse. Ford has a lot to catch up on to fulfill that commitment.

Just for giggles and shids, what accessories and whatnot do you guys keep in stock? I saw someone mention mudflaps and front window tint, and was just wondering what else you guys had/offered to put on the Broncos before we drive them home.

There's a small list of items that we try to keep in stock (or had plans to until those stock items went unavailable). You'll have the opportunity well in advance to picking up your Bronco to get with our parts department and have on hand whatever you want to add to your Bronco before you take it home.

I actually mailed the Bronco script to them and they already had it on for me when I picked it up. 😁

I like the chrome more on EG. Good choice. Did you go with a plastic or metal script? I've seen dozens for sale, all between $15 - $100 and haven't been able to decide

I had bought the ones from Bronco Depot USA, colored to match the factory horse badge. I think they might have been shut down by Ford for copyright violation.

@StephensAutoCenter

“In response to the question about allocations, regardless of the vehicle, we communicate to our dealers that we expect them to operate within Ford’s allocation system, which treats all dealers fairly and complies with state laws, and to not take customer orders in excess of what the dealer knows it can fill.”
John I can’t help but feel this is a direct stab at granger and you.

Farley is a moron and Ford has changed the rules twice so far during this whole process. The good dealers in no way are at fault over this.
