Not sure why you're getting stuck. Here are the instructions that worked for me when I was tracking my truck and just now with your info:Hi all-
I was wondering if any of you could assist me in trying to figure out how to track my rail car? the rail car number the dealership provided me is CTTX692491. When I call the CSX number, its asking me for a initials and then the 5-digit user ID, and then it sends me to a representative.

Oh no, thinking about it, it said it arrived at Wayne at 1229am today. I guess it takes a few days to load the train?Did yours say it departed from Wayne yet? For mine it says it arrived at Wayne at 12:39am and is scheduled to arrive in Blue Island on 2/16. Maybe the rail cars are still being loaded?

1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, say location.
3. When prompted for the railcar initials, say your initials
4. When prompted for the railcar number, say your number
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
I got that your car arrived in Wayne, MI (the MAP) 2/11, 12:29a, so at least you're in the system, albeit @ the starting point.
Edit: This also, from the original instructions:
"First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use the automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person, please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track."

Mine still shows in production but it’s waiting impatiently for me at the dealershipThank you!!! It just came back up for me and I am still just set at built. Better than in production so I will take it for now.

Tracking info on page 1 of this thread. Just wet your finger and thumb back through the previous 826Just went from “Built” to “Shipped”. I have to go back and figure out how to track now! Coming to Tampa, hopefully it to long!
