May I ask, what phone # are you calling to talk-talk to a real person?So, for grins, I called CSX again, got someone who would talk-talk, and they said my railcar was scheduled to depart Wayne, MI today on the “third shift” and reach a destination in IL tomorrow. So if my Bronco is in fact on that car it APPEARS as though it will launch today.
I don’t really blame you, but from page 1…Same as the number for CSX on the tracker. After you press one, hit zero and it will take you to customer service. It will ask for a customer number (or something similar) and just say I don’t have it. Once a real person comes on, tell them you want to get status on a railcar en route to “your dealership”. It’s not a lie, even if it implies you’re a dealer (sssshhh).
First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

I’m sure you have already posted but what was your build week and blend number and date? I am a 1/24 build week number 376 I think it was. I haven’t been delayed but I also have no delivery date and it shows I’m still in production. I just don’t understandWill do
Works for me at the moment but that happens to most of us frequentlyWould anyone happen to know if the ford tracker is down? It worked fine for me the last few days and now when I put in my info it just refreshes the screen. Thanks!
