How's the aux switches? Did you run a fusebox for it as well?
It is a whole in one thing. Box sits in engine bay, all aux wires run to it. My way of having aux switches since I hadn’t known about them when I ordered my bb. Easy hook up. Got it on Amazon.

Got about 8 inches or so of snow yesterday and the plows weren't keeping up so had chance to play in the bronco. Yesterday was one of those days having the advanced transfer case and 4A would be nice, but did just fine flipping between 4H and 2H. Also had a chance to use the slippery GOAT mode yesterday. I did notice quite a difference in the way it behaved vs in normal/4H.
Nah you don't want the "advanced" center-diff clutch failure that some have reported in both broncos and bronco sports ("4WD unavailable error"). Rather have manual control over the transfer-case. Reactive approach to automating "4WD" or "AWD" will forever be inferior to all-time "AWD" .

Example: comparison of audi a3 haldex system vs subie WRX, reference to the slow-motion segment 7 minutes into this video if you are curious:

On Friday I had a Sasquatch rims, 35" Toyo AT III tires , a Zone 2" lift and Rough Country tail light extender installed. Really happy with how it came out.

Interestingly the installer wouldn't remove the crash bars because he wasn't allowed to remove safety components. The tires barely rub if I turn them all the way. So, I may just remove the crash bars myself. Or I may install some tapered crash bars from 4Wheelparts that do leave room for 35" tires. Has anyone tried them?

Also I think I'll add running boards. Thinking of either GoRhino RB20's or RB20 Slim running boards. Does anyone have pics with either of those?

Received mine yesterday and am loving it! Ordered via my dealer, Angela Krause Ford, on 10/26/21. They were awesome to deal with and honored the MSRP price we discussed at the time of order. My details:
  1. 2.3l
  2. 10 speed auto
  3. Signature LEDs
  4. Rear locker
  5. Eruption Green
  6. Standard package
Plenty happy with 2.3l engine. Wireless CarPlay seems maybe a bit dodgy with audio at times but otherwise it’s great. I like the stock radio. I have experienced a bit of the cool “draft” around my legs, but I’m definitely getting heat pumping out from floor. Not a big deal to me.

Only near term plans are to replace crash bars with the scalloped ones that are out now and to add the trail armor on the pinch welds.

I got same color, & wheels. Got MIC, & tube steps, mid package. Just got email today from Ford got bumped from 2/21 build date to 3/14. That is a nice looking ride, can't wait to get mine. Hopefully by end of April!🤞

Did you buy a rivet nut setter kit for this specific application? Amazon has some cheap ones for about 30 bucks. Is the thickness of the side step metal too thick for these cheap setters? I've also seen make-shift setters, too, where guys are just using bolts and nut and washers to force the rivet nut in. What's the diameter of the hole that needs to be drilled?

Mine is an Amazon model, Aoben. Had it for a few years, keep it oiled, no problems so far and I’ve used it quite a bit.

Thanks! I think getting a tool will make t much easier to install the rivet nuts! I see the hole that needs to be drill is 9mm, correct?

I think that was the final diameter, but I used a step drill bit. The tool makes it so easy and fast.

Ok just ordered the icon 3 inch lift for my bb sas. Anyone used icon before? Any thoughts?
I plan on running the stock sas rims and tiers for awhile then probably nitto Terra graps in 37 on the stock rims. I have those 37 nittos on my F250 and love them.
