Hey there...what's the latest with your wayward Bronco?Iām bummed because my sales guy had been so great but he left and I was passed off to a new guy and the sales manager doesnāt seem to care. He said āhe isnāt ford so itās going to be tough for him to get answersā if you are not ford, who tf am I buying this car from?
It did get sent to DE - but they are putting it back on a train and I'm hoping to have it within two weeks! Sounds like it was a mistake and I'm hoping to get it quicker.Hey there...what's the latest with your wayward Bronco?
Awesome. Going to put my (non-existant) mechanic skills to the test! The install isn't complicated, but it takes some time and patience if you do it your self.
The parts arrive in a small box and you have to use your Erector Set skills to assemble the lights into the bezels. Make sure to order their wiring harness for I think an additional $20 as it is pre measured to fit.
You will need a crimp tool, some wire strippers and a heat gun or lighter to seal the butt connectors.
You will also need small arms to route the wires. Watch the 2 videos he links on his web site and the instructions are helpful to know what wires to connect to for the switches.
'Spose it wouldn't be a *horrible* idea to have all 4 doors have their own unique sill protectorWell why only limit yourself to one set?
My goodness!! Glad it is coming home. Wonder how the mix-up occurred? It did get sent to DE - but they are putting it back on a train and I'm hoping to have it within two weeks! Sounds like it was a mistake and I'm hoping to get it quicker.
Mine also went through DE have a feeling thats a hubIt did get sent to DE - but they are putting it back on a train and I'm hoping to have it within two weeks! Sounds like it was a mistake and I'm hoping to get it quicker.
nope...Geez, am I the only 1/3 still waiting?!?!?!
Iām not sure because there were two for my dealer and the other wasnāt sent to DE. at this point Iām just grateful itās not in the chip shortage. My goodness!! Glad it is coming home. Wonder how the mix-up occurred?
Itās definitely a hub but it came off of the train by my house and was put on a flat bed that went on another train instead of going to the dealer.Mine also went through DE have a feeling thats a hub
Just got the call. It's ready for pickup on Thursday.Palsapp now flipped from pending to "dispatched 2/8". Also now shows a trip #.
It's in a lot an hour away. Anybody know if that means it's actually on a truck?
Edit: Called the palsapp people and they say it can be "either ready for pickup or on a truck". They obviously won't give VIN specific info.
Also, if you put the trip number in the palsapp search, it shows everything else on the truck. Mine has 6 total going to the same dealership.
Now 2/14...My delivery date is now 2/11...just keeps on being pushed.![]()
Oh there will be some for the back doors as well.Awesome. Going to put my (non-existant) mechanic skills to the test!
Fortunately, husband is much more car-inclined than me and will be quick to solve my mistakes lol.
